Selling our house was no easy task, a high-end finish but in a less than ideal location, which made it a tough sell. Despite the challenges, Hiten went above and beyond to secure the offer we wanted. His persistence, honest advice, and negotiation skills were outstanding throughout the process. He never gave up, even when we were losing hope, and kept us informed and reassured every step of the way. I genuinely believe we wouldn’t have sold it without him. Highly recommend!

My experience with this company has been a great journey from the start. Their interactions with the clients are fabulous as they listen to what the clients needs are when selling or looking for properties. They would make correct recommendations and would also make sure that the clients are happy with everything before they take them as clients. They do excellent marketing of all the available properties and they cater for all budget clients. So far I have not had any issues and they go out of their way to make sure that clients are not dissatisfied with their service. The team is very friendly and they put you to ease even when nervous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

From the initial valuation to finding a buyer the service was excellent. Hiten Arya attended the property to provide a valuation for probate and produced a thorough sales brochure. Once we had probate he marketed the property to guage interest before putting it into auction. Within days we had several acceptable offers and decided to accept one without using the online auction. Throughout the process Hiten kept us informed about viewings & offers. Once we chose a buyer he co-ordinated the solicitors to ensure that contracts were exchanged and our preferred moving date achieved.
