I recently bought a set of Taylormade irons there must say that the service is absolutely brilliant. The employees were very helpful and mannerly.
Had great knowledge and answered all my questions without hesitation.
Would highly recommend this shop.

I recently bought a cobra rad speed driver which broke a few days after being used,I lodged a complaint on this website and then they reached out and offered me a full replacement, fair play great comeback

Ordered a set of TaylorMade clubs and Sketchers golf shoes, late on Monday evening. Scoured the internet for weeks beforehand to make sure I was getting good value. They were shipped early the very next morning and I had them the morning after that. They had clearly been packaged with great care and arrived in immaculate condition. Seemless. Cheers lads!

I bought a set of irons from Ger at the fota store.He got me to try a few different makes and eventually found something to suit my style .Ger didn't try to sell me the most expensive clubs but the clubs that suited me.I will be recommending Ger to my friends who intend to buy new clubs.

Bought a Callaway Opus on Wed 9th @ 5.30pm.. took packaging off club @ 9.30am on the 10th to find a deep scratch etched across face of club..immediately rang my local store where I purchased & explained situation - was advised by agent to bring club back.. upon arrival at store agent expressed his disbelief that club was in that condition when purchased & questioned me as to how I took packaging off - asked did I use a blade or knife.. he then proceeded to take the club in the back for 5minutes & when he came out questioned me again and effectively accused me of playing with the club saying there was dirt in the grooves (which was not visible to me)and that I must be responsible for this..having reiterated that I did not use the club at all, he was then reluctantly giving me a replacement but after the bad experience I asked for a refund.. I will purchase club elsewhere but very disappointed with service I received from McGuirks..I have been a repeat customer for years, having only purchased a €300 putter in the same store last week & a Custom Vokey SM10 from the Limerick store last month.. However I wouldn’t be in a rush to return..

Was dealt with by a very helpful and experienced gent called Brendan Murphy. Price for new driver was good as was the no quibble cost of trade in. Did not have the exact spec in stock but was delivered to me this morning to my door 20 hours later. Excellent service and could not ask for more.

10 year old son very excited to go to this prestigious golf shop today in Blancherstown! Walked in first thing only customers in the shop! At least 10 staff on ground floor first time so anyone looking at us would know we didn’t know where things were. After a good spell I eventually asked where are junior clubs! I was directed upstairs. Stood at the junior clubs for a while looking at 2 staff for a while but yet again over I had to go to see could someone help me and my eager young man! Well every query I had the response was it’s very expensive???? I never once asked the cost of anything I was looking for golf club advice!!! I even asked had they waterproof set for kids the response was they are very expensive? My real agenda was to buy a pitching wedge to complete a set of US kids irons. Had previously purchased in Naas Mcquirks (absolutely no issue with customer service here) and get advice for Christmas ideas!! So I said thank you I’ll look around myself! He found a sand wedge is his size, glove, golf balls all by himself and got pitching wedge. Only he was so excited I honestly did not want to leave a penny behind the counter with the poor customer service! Ye need to improve!!!!!!

Was in the Newbridge store to buy a trolley. Lady helped me and steered me to a trolley that I really love.

Amazing Golf shopping experience in the Naas store thanks to the help of David. Couldn't have done enough for me (advice, support, golf club testing). The store has everything for the Golfer, novice to professional. Wonderfull array of products and service. Especially the Projection/Tracking room to try out clubs and fittings. One of the best Golf shops in the Leinster region.

I've been coaching golf with a special olympics club in Dublin 15 for over 10 years . One of our golfers wanted a new set of irons I called into the Blanchardstown store and spoke to a lovely guy named Derek. He told me to get our golfer to call in and ask for him. Which he duly did and they had a chat. The irons he wanted were on special offer and following their chat, Derek called another guy over , Shaun who it turns out was the club Fitter. Long story short . The clubs were put aside , our golfer was invited back for a fitting , to ensure the discounted irons were a good fit . The deal was done . A special thank you to Derek and Shaun who took time to look after a "special" golfer. They dealt with him in a very caring and professional way. And the bonus is the new irons worked great.

I presume they hire people who have an interest in golf not sales! Staff almost seem jealous that you are buying the newest gear ! They certainly do not want to sell them, iv been to 3 mcquirks stores in the Munster region and I have had the same experience in all 3. Unfriendly uninterested rude staff !! The reason Ive been to 3 different stores is because I said to myself "surely it is an isolated store problem but no!
Went into the Limerick store today, waited 30 mins by the irons nobody approached me, I then asked for help and was told wait one minute.... The employee retreated to the counter and decided to have a chat with the rest of the staff ! I returned after taking a walk to cool down, waited by the irons again and still no help the irons are located in the dead centre of the store so staff deliberately avoid the customers! Will never step foot inside a mcquirks ever again!

I went to visit McGuirks Tralee Store with my wife and daughter while I was holidaying in nearby Banna. I had played in the Tralee P&P Scratch Cup the day previous. We were looking at the clubs and were met with a very rude staff member saying we were not allowed handle or test putters. Same guy made a remark about clubs being very expensive so no touching to my 14 year old daughter. We were livid. We are regular customers of McGuirks/Cork. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any store.
