Don’t go to McDonalds in Thornton NSW.

The staff are always rude, the place is always a mess and they can’t seem to get an order right.

Every single time something is wrong or missing and the incorrect food is cold.

Tonight was the final straw, My Mcdelivery order was completely wrong. It had my name on the sticker but it was someone else’s order.

I have deleted my maccas account and app. Seriously, if you really want McDonald’s, drive to East Maitland but I say don’t waste your time and money. KFC at Thornton is fantastic and always do a great job or visit the local take away.

I’m done with McDonald’s.

I MUST HAVE VISITED 20 MAC'S IN MY LIFE AND LOVE EVERY EXPERIENCE. THIS LAST YEAR WAS A BAD REVELATION. FOR I REMEMBER THOSEMcNUGGETS AS SOFT, JUICY, AND SO TASTY.NOW DRY, HARD AND TASTELESS. WHOEVER THE CEO IS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!

Unfortunately, Brisbane Airport Domestic has taken skim milk of their menu for McCafe so now i shop elsewhere for my coffee. Poor form

Drive-through staff at MacDonald's Collinswood SA was highly rude. There was a mix-up in the items we were given. Without apology, the staff shouted to me and my daughter demanding to return the items we were given. We eventually received the correct items, however this manner is totally unacceptable.

Mcdonalds does not have a screen you can see that tells you when to come to the counter to pickup your order, they just yell it out over and over, you know, like in the 17th century before electricity.
I am mostly deaf, there are a lot of us around, i will never eat at mcdonalds again because it is too stressful and to be honest, it is extremly expensive poor quality food.
It is 2025 peeps, people with so called disabilities should be helped too.

WHY IS MY FOOD COLD AGAIN MACCAS FIGTREE??

My Big Mac was the most disgusting, tasteless, revolting , slimy excuse for food I have ever experienced in my life. If not starving I should have binned it at first bite.

Worst McDonald’s ever when a customer asked for something and pays for something you should give it to them. I asked for a steam bun which is not hard to do. I told the girl at the window my bun was definitely not steamed and that I want a steam bun so I went to the waiting bait and within two seconds they came out with my steam bun which was the same burger that I had originally given them so no way it was steamed.. disgusting service.

Again, after asking for extra pickles and being told 3 times yes there is, again No pickles. Took burgers back and they tried to give us a small cup of pickles and cold burgers back. Had to demand right order, with no apology. This happens every time to me, over it. Extra pickles means extra pickles, not none! Read the sticker kitchen people , can U read? Pissed off

Whoa! Went Maccas (South Melbourne VIC) and oh dear, not going again, ever, to any Maccas.

Prices more expensive than some restaurants with proper food. Tables dirty, services slooooow.

Maccas might have been fast food and cheap food once, but now it is neither of them.

Yeah, nobody cares probably, no worries, the door will not hit my back side on my way out.

Macca’s used to be a serviceable option for quick food. Now it is a mess. Expensive, barely edible substances that resemble food... The greed has eclipsed what they were once good at and now I feel like a clown if I ever give into the kids and place an order. It needs a top-down review and relaunch of their business with actual health conscious options instead of token attempts at providing nutrition.

I asked for just 1 slice of bread. One plain burger bun, easy? No! They gave me just a burger bun! I asked for a burger bun, not just bread! No toppings! Dry!

McDiscrimination!! McDelivery's so called customer service practices disability discrimination. They failed to provide an accessible method of communication and even more infuriating they ignore and 'complete' enquiries without any action. Mcdisgusted! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Promoting and advertising a game that is very violent and killing is not okay. There is enough violence and abuse in the world without McDonalds supporting it.

I will definitely NOT be buying any silly Maccas this Christmas after their disrespectful stupidity referring to Christmas as the silly season.
To most people it is much more than that!!!!!

Minto 9pm Incomplete orders at drive through tonight, happens a lot and they never answer their phones, and never refunded for any of the missing orders. They only want our money but service and how they make the food is just a job to them, there’s no care in handling orders and you can tell by the way they wrap and present their half wrapped scrambled up burgers.
