Watch hands broke about 2 yrs in to ownership.
Took to a watch repair and they said parts were not available.
Inquired with Mazzucato but no assistance.

The price point shouldn’t allow the watch to last only two years with no options for repair or warranty.

Dissapointing

I bought 2 Rim Subs. One for my wife, then another one for myself. Really well designed and well made. Finishing was great and colour scheme was brilliant.
The shipping was super fast. No surprise, no anxiety .
Been a really good buy.

I am eagerly waiting for the watch I ordered to arrive.

Watch is top quality and looks amazing.
Only remark is that You need to inform buyers(from Europe) that delivery is from HK and not from Europe because of tax and custom paying

I am having issue contacting customer service and sounds impossible to get a contact back as I need to return the watch.

Sounds like customer service is a 3rd party company and they don't really help at all. Horrible customer service for a company that produces cool watches.

RIM Sport - 01-BK186 , malgré des frais de douanes (bien lire les CGU), le vendeur a accepté une réduction que j'avais oublié et un geste commercial (bracelet supplémentaire). La montre est plutôt de bonne qualité mais globalement un peu chère vs les matériaux. Boite avec un jolie design mais avec les attaches qui se décollent à la première utilisation, la finition n'est pas soignée. Je me pose la question du mouvement à quartz pour le changement de la pile et qui me semble pas facile. A voir dans le temps le vieillissement des matériaux.

Très jolie montre, peu commune, au premier examen plutôt qualitative.

Here is what I suggest, your products are good the protective box is cheap make it better. Then the one missing ingredient is instructions you are awful with that!

I purchased 2 LAX limited edition watches and was very impressed with the workmanship, design, style, and build quality. I would give the watches a 5-star rating.

However, due to missing custom documents at shipping, U.S. customs held the package for over 10 days. This was a disappointing experience and dampened my excitement and anticipation of receiving the watches. I had to actively follow up with the seller to submit the required documentation to FedEx. For this, I would give the seller a 2-star rating.

Overall, I would give this purchase a 3-star rating.

Purtroppo dopo averlo utilizzato non regolarmente, circa sei mesi il cinturino si è rotto all’altezza della fibbia.
Ho cercato di avere un contatto con il servizio customer care, ma senza aver mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.
