The most terrible customer service, days go by without replies and you can never speak to people. For a healthcare company they are the worst!
A bit more expensive than the usual places, however items arrive on time and very quickly everything is packed well in cooling packs. Very pleased with the service.

I am unable to locate any order from you. Can you please reply to the request for your email address so we can track your order, or email us at contact@mayfairweightlossclinic.co.uk.
Also, we do not have the option of blocking calls, and all calls are answered and emails responded to. I believe you may be referring to a different business.

I have checked and can see that your order was delivered on the 4th July and you were kept up to date with the delivery by the courier as per the terms and conditions. Proof of delivery has been provided as well. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund once the medication has been delivered. This has been communicated to you via email as well.

Stop replying with untrue facts
So I’ve already wrote two reviews and both have been answered with untrue replies . You mentioned below you have asked me if I want my delivery charge refunded and I haven’t agreed to this ?!?’ How about 2 phone calls asking for it back and two emails asking for it back , all have been ignored . You also again state you offered me a replacement to my damaged delivery but again this is not true as you offered to collect my damaged parcel 3 days after it was received and then when you had collected it you would then send another one out ?! Your replies are untrue and it is clear from the many reviews on trust pilot from many different customers that you most definitely have an issue replying to unhappy customers yet you are quick to take their funds . This could easily have been sorted but if you don’t answer your customers calls and emails they are 100% going to voice their opinion on a social network site . I’ve now asked 4 times for a refund and you are still ignoring me yet saying in your replies I haven’t requested a refund ?!?’ Sort your customer service out as it’s a shambles .

Hi Tracy,
This is your third review and clearly an attempt to spam with incorrect information. This is despite being issued with a refund for the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, even though your order was fulfilled as per the terms and conditions.
You had placed your order on Monday afternoon and it was dispatched the day after (Tuesday morning). There was a 2-day delay with the courier and therefore you received it late.
When you reported receiving it late, we called you back on the same day. We asked you to send an image of the parcel showing the damage which you did not do. We then offered to collect this back from you if you were not happy to take it and send you a replacement on the same day, as well as a refund of the delivery charge.
I would like to stress that we do not deliver the medication ourselves and rely on third-party couriers. Although the vast majority are delivered the next day, occasionally there are delays which are beyond our control. For this, we agreed to refund your delivery charge, which is done.
On this occasion, we have tried to resolve this by offering to send you a replacement and offering a refund of the delivery charge, however, you have not agreed to it.
