Ordered a black coat.cost nearly £45. Has taken over 2 weeks to arrive..I thought like others it was coming from London not abroad..well when arrived my mouth totally fell open ..opened this very small packet it was my black coat all folded up into a square..it is so not worth the money..cheaply made.no proper label at all.material thin no lining..the photos are all wrong..shouldn't be allowed to sell ..I know if asked for refund wouldn't get it and no way sending it back abroad as would cost loads..please avoid....

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Poor quality, nothing like picture. It’s very hard to return, which I’m still trying to do. Waste of money. Zero stars, but had to select something.

Garments not as described, make extremely difficult to return to Asia- when something looks too good to be true it is! The one star is only because I can't give none! Avoid company at all costs

I had no idea i was dealing with China when purchasing. When the cardigan i ordered and paid £39.95 for arrived, it was very poor quality (more like a £7.00 from Shein which wouldn't have been so bad). I ordered size small but it would have fit possibly a size 16 so therefore on both counts it was no good to me. I tried to arrange a refund via the link on their email. This received no response so i messaged their customer services. I was made varying offers to keep the cardigan and get % refund etc etc. I said this wasn't acceptable so they said I would have to pay to return it and the cost could be between £16 and £40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I told them this wasn't acceptable and they offered again twice and eventually came to £31.96 and keep the item. At this point i had emailed so many times that i was losing the will to live so i grudgingly agreed to this therefore paying £8.03 for a rubbish product that i didn't want to keep anyway. I will never use these again and would not recommend them to anyone. Lesson learned, I will not be fooled again by unscrupulous companies.
Stick to UK based companies or Shein, they are upfront, sell decent enough products considering the prices they charge and deliveries and returns are no problem.

Compete scam!
Fake website and false advertising. Clothing is such poor quality and nothing like the pictures on their website. I had to dispute this with my back to get my money back! Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. A complete scam like everyone says. Ordered three items and only two have arrive. Poor quality that don't fit. As I bought through my credit card I am hoping I can get some protection through them.

This company is a scam. the items are no where like it is shown on the website. The quality of the clothes are extremely poor. I would have rather given the money to a charity. Please do not use this company.

They advertise it as dis ku red items, the pictures don t match the actual looks of items in real.
I bought a bag and looks nothing like it does on their website.
It’s a scam !!!! Do not buy. The bag I would probably buy for £10 in Primark and it would look better.

My experience is the same as the other reviews here. The product looks nothing like it did in the photo they advertised - it's all very cheap.

This company is putting out adverts of a closing sale. It let's assume that prices have been discounted. They make you believe they are closing down. It also states that you could be refunded if you are not satisfied with the product. However, looking at the returns policy, it states that they can't accept returns on sale items.
And that you have to return the items to their warehouse in Asia.
The quality of the clothes I received is so poor, they don't fit and have no labels at all.

This company is a scam, please stay clear.

Ordered from this company, stupidly thinking it was in London England as the website suggests. However, turns out the clothing comes from China! They have the audacity of putting a photograph of two well dressed, mature quintessentiallly English couple as the face of this company . I waited nearly a month for it to arrive. It has finally arrived and it’s badly made with loose stitches under the arm pits. No brand label and just very poor quality. I feel really silly for not checking this company out. There should be some form of protection from companies that claim they’re in the U.K. but are not. This is fraud in my eyes and makes me so angry. They are going out of business, they say! Or most likely rebranding. Stay away from this company. Check out the sellers before proceeding to buy!
