I was scammed out of $40!

I found this app on Google while trying to find an app that will analyze your face for ethnic heritage. After filling out 20+ questions, I got slapped with a paywall asking for $0.99 to get the result.

I was like, fine, I spent all this time on the quiz; I'll pay.

After paying, I downloaded the app on Android to get the results, and it's just not working! It never goes past the loading screen.

OK, forget it, I deleted the app.

2 weeks later - $40 got charged from my bank account by this app!!!

I never agreed to a subscription; I only paid the $ 0.99 one-time payment and on top of that, I never even got the results!

I will be complaining to the Play Store about this scamming company too. I hope their app gets taken down.

I really don’t like how yall trynna hide a subscription when I saw the app on Snapchat I was like haha just for fun, then there came a thing that you needed to pay 1 dollar for getting your answers from the test, I thought yeayea now I have done the whole test so i payed for the results and there was nothing described as I needed to pay more or was subscribing to a subscription, and then I just got taken 129 danish kr, I’m writing this on the trustpilot so other people don’t do the same as me, I am always very careful with what I say yes to, and this is obviously hidden soo good that it’s something I haven’t seen coming at all.
Sorry I know it’s not your problem who I’m writing to now, but I don’t like this way of cheating people on.

Awful customer service, they do not want to help you out. Their content is obviously AI generated slop and so is their website, policies, etc.

They will ask you for money and then refer you to other services that also require money. This app will do nothing for you other than take your money and continue to be garbage.

They use your face like they used mine and very scam
