Best Estate Agency ever!
I have been a tenant for 4 years and never had any problem. They are really engaging, always available and easy to reach. I never experienced this with previous estate agencies.
I could not recommend a better service!

Surprisingly good!
Surprisingly good - I did not expect a London agent to be so helpful & efficient. The team was very helpful and flexible throughout the onboarding process when we moved in, and ever since very, very responsive to emails / calls when issues arise. Esmyra in particular is very considerate and follows up even outside of business hours with email / call when needed. The only small point of improvement is that the replacement blinds they ordered for us (in itself a great point) took 1.5 months to arrive & get installed, and are not great quality product.

Highly recommend Maxwell Properties to…
Highly recommend Maxwell Properties to anyone who needs a Managing Agent to run their affairs. They have taken the stress out of owning a rental property and we have been thoroughly looked after by the management staff (especially Clarissa) who have managed our property for the past six years. Only not continuing with them as we have sold the property.
Their assistance in a property going for sale was also excellent. Highly recommended!

As an landlord that have a very busy working life, I could not express how convenient and straightforward maxwell properties deals with couple of my properties. Archie is so informative and gets straight to the point no beating round the Bush. This is what I need and boy do they delivered. From finding tenants, doing the tenants checks, writing up contracts and keeping me in the loop without me actually physically being there is so convenient. Could not praise the company enough!
