Pretty much everything you want from someone providing a service. Quick responses to e-mails. Bring the bike round when you can, (No booking it in next month or waiting). They're open Saturday mornings too. You get to speak to the chap doing your job (Scott, in my both my cases) Who is interested in what your doing, listens to what you say and isn't afraid to ring you with any queries. I supplied my own silencer both times and in the case of the Dnepr they didn't try and sell me another silencer when they saw the battered old thing I presented him with. A quick turnaround time too. I think the XS1100 was a week, the Dnepr a little longer. Like I said, a friendly bunch who are interested in what your doing and helped getting the bikes in and out of the van. I recommend them.

I can't fault the whole team at MTC. The quality of work is great and their welding is a work of art. But most of all, the customer service I received was fantastic - totally responsive and effective. 100% recommended.

Sent a few emails to Martin at Max Torque Cans as I wanted a decat system for my zontes zt125, but my bike wasn't listed on MTC's website. They were fast to reply and a few emails later I decided to book my bike in the workshop to have a full decat system made to suit. A week later I returned and was blown away... The exhaust sounds and looks amazing and it has really transformed my bike. I couldn't be happier with it...and their prices are great...especially for the quality of workmanship they provide. I highly recommend Max Torque Cans to anyone wanting an aftermarket exhaust system...thanks guys...keep up the good work... top job

I purchase of full system exsault for my 2022 Honda Monkey after a enquiry to Max Torque by email.
This my first purchase from Max Torque cans and i was well impress with it , i would recommend to all.
I ordered the exsault at 8 pm on the Monday and it was delivered at 11 am on the Wednesday. Speedy delivery thankyou.
The Can was well packaged with care and the exsault is well made to a good standard.
There are no fitting instructions but it's not rocket science and if you need guidance you can watch any YouTube video on motorcycle exsault fitting, they are all pretty much the same.
The price of the exsault is very good and the quality is exceptional
The exsault sounds so good on my bike too 🚵I'm really happy with it.

Have had three sets of cans with a decat excellent service and quality workmanship plus tea and biscuits.called in on Thurs asking about a couple of reducersfor another bike ,went back Fri to pick them up all done and perfect fit,spent nearly two hours chatting and being shown how they do certain products and then talking about a opel mantra restoration they doing ,never asked to leave or felt unwelcome oh and more tea .fantastic company to get your bespoke exhaust from nothing is too much trouble even when they very busy,give Martin a call I'm sure you'll be impressed. Top notch service. All my questions were answered quickly over email before buying. I wanted a less polished finish on the end cap and outlet - this was no problem and came out perfectly. The slip on carbon oval silencer arrived 1 day after ordering. I ordered the road legal can with removable baffle - it has transformed how the bike sounds and rides (baffle removed). Fantastic value for money. Thanks to MaxTorque Cans. Highly recommended.

Contacted MTC regarding making a custom exhaust for my M109R and got a speedy reply, chatted with Scott who was more than happy to take on the work. Dropped the bike off and when I picked it back up I was made up with the workman ship what had gone into it! Highly recommend these guys, quality work and helpful service

I am from New Zealand and I was a bit sceptic about buying online at first.
I ordered a set of exhausts for my 2011, BMW K1600GTL and I have to say they did an awesome job.
The items arrived in time and they were of a high quality. They fitted as promised and the sounds they make were as expected - great.
Any issues I encountered they helped and gave me good advise to sort things out.
I can highly recommend Max Torque Cans to anybody who is looking for a great product for their precious toys.

Just bought a 2013 BMW K1600GT as my new commuter bike and couldn’t justify paying out nearly £2k for Akrapovic cans like I’ve had on previous Bikes so saw a couple of you tube videos with the MTC cans and for the price it was worth a gamble as never heard of the company before, arrived very quickly and a decently made product, fitted the same day but had exhaust clamp bolts missing, contacted the company via email and they sent out what was missing the very next day! Very easy to fit and definitely sound nicer then the standard can, also saves a little bit of weight, which isn’t a bad thing on the K1600
