Great custommer support
I Just received my order. I ordered two different tastes of energy drink mixing powder. To my surprise one of the containers had its seal broken/opened/not fully closed.
I reached out to their custommer support which responded the next day:
"I will of course send a new apple vanilla to you. What has happened is that the machine that heats the seal on has not been warm enough at that moment of sealing, I believe it will be shipped out early next week."
Taste wise the products were great. Custommer support responded quickly and professionally.
So far a good experience! :D

Shopping and everything was fine and easy.
Though, if you're i.e Norway, its a little deceptive information about shipping, they say 2-4 days, but for me it took 4 days from the Swedish warehouse to the Norwegian border. Then 3 more days.
Their portal when an account is made is okay, informative yes but very much game-ified shopping which can feel a little strange.
Overall, product selection is nice and covers the more niche products but it's okay.

We have received your return, but unfortunately we cannot approve it in its current condition.
As we have also explained to you privately, the return label was attached directly to the product’s original packaging without any outer box or protective packaging. The original packaging is considered part of the product and needs to be protected during return shipping. When it is used as outer packaging, it becomes damaged and the item can no longer be sold as new.
We would also like to clarify that the return request was registered approximately 20 days after delivery. This means the case falls outside the statutory right of withdrawal and is instead handled under our open purchase policy, which is subject to our own return conditions.
Regarding your statement about a faulty product, we cannot see that any defect has been reported in your case, nor have we received any description of a fault. The return was registered as an open purchase. If the product is in fact faulty, we kindly ask you to open a new case and contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you further.

I used this store to buy a flightstick…
I used this store to buy a flightstick from Turtle worth a lot of money. It failed me after not even a year, maxgaming fixed shipping, recived, checked and send me a new one real fast. Our comunication was always direct & correct. Unfortunately even the new item they sendt me while Turtle "scratched their heads", even this one failed almost instantly. In short I got a "monday product x2". Maxgaming understand customer service and fixed the problem!!! I wil use them again, but not to buy a Turtle product for sure.

Terrible.
Order sat unhandled for a month. When i asked CS they just said one of my two ordered products had unknown delivery date so they just cancelled the entire order without asking what i wanted to do. Reordered the one item that was in stock, only to be spammed with emails afterwards begging me to rate them here, on another page, on their own product page. Honestly, i just wanted some switches - not to be harassed for feedback (which i, as an EU/GDPR citizen, never consented to)
