In general the service is very good the…

In general the service is very good the customer service is fantastic they are very quick to respond and solve any issues very quickly. I've only given four stars as the service does sometimes not often, fail.but 95% of the time it's good. I have tried other providers in the past and maxco are one of the better ones hence this is my third year of renewal with them . There are some channels that are not constant in quality they buffer or do not play and that's mainly 24 7 and some movies but this is quite possibly what device you are using to stream with or which app your using as I have tried different apps which work better than others , also internet speed is a factor so possibly has nothing to do with the provider . Overall I'm very happy with the service. And i do recommend them

Login Issues

Had issues with logging in to account after renewing subscription issue was dealt with and rectified immediately within a few minutes would have no hesitation in recommending Maxco to anyone.

Fast Response

Had an issue with the URL I had and sent a message to them. They responded very quickly with the link I required and all working perfectly.

Maxco services

Every time I have needed assistance Maxco has responded within minutes.
Whenever a situation has appeared difficult for me, Maxco staff resolve the problem.
Excellent service and advice.

Great app

I have used maxco for about 4 months without any issues but then I had problems, I emailed the support team and everything was sorted out very quickly.
Would highly recommend

A service you CAN trust!

I have been using MaxCo for over 2 years and have just extended for a third. Their streams are consistent, and on the rare occasions I've had an issue they quickly resolve it via the live chat.
