Went to have a TPMS sensor replaced. They said, we don't carry them. I already knew that from the last go round at this store and so I provided one to have installed that I already programmed for the right front tire. Asked the manager to please return the old sensor I had them put in a week ago so I could return it to O'reilly Auto Parts for a refund because it didn't work (dead battery). It was a Shrader TPMS 433mhz. The tire tech pried and pried against the rim to remove the old TPMS without any rim protection leaving dents in the edge of the rim. I talked to the customer service person and asked if the tire tech could please use a rag or something to prevent damage to the rim. She went and talked to the tire tech and nothing changed, he just kept on prying, causing damage. When I brought it to the attention of the Customer Service Girl she stated we didn't do that. When they were finished (it took over an hour to change a TPMS after the tire was already on the machine?), I asked for the old sensor and the customer service girl went back to the tire tech to get it. She brought back a busted up TPMS that was a 315mhz made by FoMoCo and not a 433mhz Shrader sensor. I told her it is NOT the old sensor out of my tire because the one that was in it should say 433mhz Shrader TPMS right on it, I know, I just looked at it a week ago when I had you put it in. She stated it is the only one they can find in the trash can. I managed a very profitable tire store for over 20 years, this is not the first go round of ignorance up front and lack of professionalism in the shop I have experienced at this store #4433 (just ask me, Ugh!).
