1st offense.. They failed to properly tighten lug nuts on my teens car. Almost caused a horrible car accident. Everyone was ok. But we were livid. Never returned to that location.

2nd time. New location.. Simple oil change and an inspection. They failed to inform me of a giant nail in my tire. They put in their note, but never told me. All this after holding my car for 24hrs. For an OIL CHANGE claiming something was broken, short staffed. Etc. no phone call made so that I could at least prepare for work the next day. Just kept telling me it’ll be done “end of day”. Nope.

3rd and final. Now 2yrs later we need a new set of tires. Spent $1,000. THREE DAYS holding our vehicle. Same excuse. Machines broken. Short staff. Not our fault. Zero phone calls. A SIMPLE CALL would’ve helped. Nothing. They’re so smug and unapologetic which is what is the worst.

We finally get the car back and the fire deflates. The valve stem had a crack. Even. If they weren’t responsible for the crack WHY DIDNT THEY NOTICE IT?!?

We are forced to use Mavis for awhile now because they’ve bought out all the local shops. Horrible company.
Never again will I use Mavis. I think they’re lazy, and crooked, And arrogant.

I made an appointment to have 4 tires installed. The tires were shipped from amazon to the store and my appointment was confirmed twice. I arrived at 8 am for my appointment. After checking in by an obviously less than enthusiastic employee I was told to take a seat. After almost 45 minutes another employee finally arrived. Several customers had arrived after me at this point and the newest employee arrival was checking them in. At the 1 hour mark, the 2 employees went out and pulled 2 cars in the bays that had arrived after me! I went back to the desk and requested that my tires be placed outside the bays and that I was picking them up and having them installed elsewhere. I was told that I was not allowed to take them! I was told that they only had one employee to work the cars and that he wasn’t even supposed to be touching the cars at all. After getting my keys back I left and called amazon to demand my refund. Turns out that they had only shipped 3 tires to the store! After 20 minutes I was able to obtain my refund. This store is an absolute disaster. Store is dirty, unorganized, overwhelmed and severely mismanaged! I advised Amazon to drop them as an installer immediately. Waste your time if you want to but I will never step foot in there again!

I stopped by to do a oil change today. I meet a guy name wyndell, and the experience was great. Not only did he perform the job at hand, but let me know. Whats needed in the future. I think i have found a mechanical home with mavs tires. Thanks for the great service, job well done.

I went there for a front end alignment they said I need 2 tires so I got them paid 430 2 weeks later had a bow out had my 4 grand kids w me then too it back something else I needed they had to order it then when I left the whole car shut down they told me to bring back had it towed there and they said they didnot know what is wrong w it will never go back there again don’t recommend to know one!!!!

Very nice people and they are fest they let me know what was wrong with my car and show me what was going to on with it

These guys are the best. Came in with a fully flat tire. Was patched and back on the road in 20 mins. 💪
