Around 4:30 on a Saturday evening is the worst time to have a flat tire. Not only do most shops close at 5:00, but tires for a Model Y Tesla are hard to find. After calling around 4 or 5 places (none had my tire size) it was suggested by one shop to call Mavis. Called them and they actually had my tire. Even had 4 of them. Told them I was at that point about 15 minutes away (it's now about 4:45) and they said they would wait for me. I pumped up the tire and watched the pressure as I drove there. They were waiting for me as I drove in. Jonathan got the job going and even said they would do a second front tire if I wanted to keep the tread depth the same on both fronts, which I did. He and his team were wonderful. They finished about 20 minutes PAST their closing time. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them for tire service.

Excellent service!

When I arrived, my car was given immediate priority and tire was replaced in less than 20 minutes after I arrived. They went out of their way to make up for the prior inconvenience. I will continue to recommend Mavis Tire Natick for their service.
