They were very helpful with my out of state car and warranty. Found and fixed the issue with my flat tire very quickly. Everything was a breeze.

🤬 Went for an Oil change & Brake inspection. Was told I needed brakes on the rear, rotors & shocks. I asked Why was 1 rim so dark on the driver side. . They replied brake pads. Took it to another shop. It was the driver brake line. Replaced car rides Awsome no more dust on rims. Noticed today My car was acting like it didn’t want to pull. Oil light 17%. 😱 Called Mavis took it to the closest 1.. Hey 85 Riverdale Ga. They checked the vehicles NO OIL in the car.. OIL FILTER was Never Changed. The mechanic went to twist the filter it just fell off. Was never screwed back tight. Called the Howell Mill location. All I hear about is how there’s issues at the store & They know who did it😡. We will refund you. 😡 The mechanic stated that there’s oil leaking from my Gasket on lower passenger side. My vehicle had no issues before coming to this location. Now I have a blown gasket due to NO OIL.. I trusted Mavis with My Car as well as My Safety. We’re blessed that the Manager on Hwy85 Riverdale Ga was able to accommodate us. They got straight to the issue. The oil filter was So black & dirty when they showed me. I couldn’t believe it. It’s only been 12 DAYS since I had my Vehicle Serviced at this location. If you know there’s an issue with certain employees at your store. Resolve this issue. Check over your employees work as Managers when you have untrusted employees. It’s was barely 1QT of Oil in My car.. Thanks for the refund offer but Long term My care will need Xtra Care and Shop work done in the future.

I arrived at Mavis Howell Mill at 8:04am and left at 11:45am. I thought I had a leaky valve, tire pressure would go flat at least once a week. I had the tire checked 3 different times and no puncture was found However I was told by Mavis that there was a nail in the the tire so i decided to buy 3 tires. After 3 hrs and 30 mins later my car is on the lift with all the tire's still in place and the leaky tire never was removed. I received a discount after expressing my dismay at being there for nearly 4 hrs. When I arrived home I notice that my car had been gone through. The discount was not worth the disrespectful service received. I felt like I was in a man's world at this Mavis as men were coming and going as I was sitting and waiting. Instead of discounting the tires they should have offered the 4th tire. Dear lord I hope I don't have to go back. The people weren't bad people they just didn't prioritize.

I took my car in for a certain type of work to be done and Mavis Tire / Howell Mill Road in Atlanta charged me $1,300.00 and still did not fix the problems. Mavis had my car from 12 noon until 9pm that night. I had to return to Mavis the next day because the problems were still occurring. The technician then re assessed my car and said I needed sway bars and I ask them could this not have been noticed on the first assessment. I ordered the parts and scheduled for the services the next day because Mavis had taken up the entire Friday and Sat only to find out that the technician that does that work does not work on Sunday's. WOW thanks for Taking my 1300.00 and crashing my entire weekend Marvis Tire and Breaks

Front desk very courtesy and professional. Good turn around time on my service today. Staff worked diligently to take care of the flow of customers.

Worst place ever. Went to get one thing fixed. It’s still not fixed. Kept telling me it’s one thing n then each time they work on it they would come back say something else. Inexperienced mechanics. Thousands out n still got same problem I started with. Then told me they did a brake caliber. But two weeks later I had to get two calibers. Smh. Then tell me I won’t need brakes no time soon. 2 weeks later my car squeaking n scraping had to replace front n back brakes n back calibers. Smh I will never go them again ever. I would suggest if they do work ask for ya old parts back to insure they doing the work. Went here for two weeks straight.from sep 1 to sep 16.
