I had a leak in one of my car tires and the staff here was above and beyond helping me. I didn't have an appt. and they were kind to fit me in even though they were busy. The mechanic is awesome and she found and removed a screw lodged in my tire and plugged it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are professional and genuinely give their customers top-notch service. I could have cried when they said "no charge". Especially on a holiday weekend with traveling a distance they saved me from getting stuck on the road far from home. Highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Dillsburg and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Was able to get a same day appointment to get new brakes on my vehicle. All staff were friendly.

I had a tire with a slow leak. Vehicle was taken in on time, the leak detected within minutes and fixed with no cost. Amazing for this day in age. I would highly recommend.

Stopped in for an inspection and my technician Brad went over my car throughly and let me know what I would need done coming up. He was very honest and had me back on the road quickly! Finally a place I can trust!

I went in for them to check my front tire for a slow leak. When finished the tech told me that it was the valve stem, and he fixed that and adjusted my tire pressure sensors, then told me to enjoy my day and no charge for the service!

The Dillsburg location has great customer service. The service is timely and courteous. It’s blind faith that good honest people will help you with your car and this place has honest people! Thank you Carlton for helping me to trouble shoot my car issue, you make a difference!

I have visited the Dillsburg Mavis tire for my inspections, oil changes, and tires. I have never had any problem until my last inspection. I passed inspection, but they told me that I had urgent issues. They said that even though I passed inspection that I would need to replace my front axel, struts and shocks, that work total $2,800+ dollars. My vehicle had a little over 50k miles. I took my car to a dealership to verify that said repairs were necessary. The answer was NO!! I was almost scammed out of spending $3k. Stay away from this place!!! Customers are just $ for the taking!!!

The service was great and everyone was very nice and professional. Had a slow leak in my tire and they got me all fixed up. Would highly recommend.

Short staffed and operating in chaos. Employees quitting everytime I've been there. Scheduled a state inspection a week ahead and inspector quit the day before, so I had to schedule somewhere else. Today, they couldn't properly handle a single trailer tire that I dropped a day before. I called and they said they were just starting it (24 hours after I dropped it off). I get there and the tire is mounted, but no invoice, didn't even have the work order started. I gave all my info the day before. I pay, then realize they hadn't balanced the tire or replaced the the valve stem. Then they balanced the tire and still didn't replace them stem, then tried to argue about it. I get home and the tire has 7 wheel weights and all are counter balancing each other. Worst tire shop I have ever seen, i use to work in and own tire stores. Avoid this place if at all possible. I don't usually trash a place, but when I do, there is a very good reason!
