Jonathan the store manager so helpful…even though their store wasn’t going to get the business!
My son, who lives in CT, had issues with new tires he purchased while traveling in VA. Even though Jonathan wasn’t going to get the business because of my son’s location, he never hesitated his offer to assist. He looked up the invoice, connected me to the store in CT and gave me his suggestions as to how to best move forward.
Bernardsville Mavis has helped me with multiple cars over the years but this was a greatly appreciated “over and beyond”!

I have been taking my cars here for the last few years, and the service is normally very good. The clerk Kadijah usually is there, and she provides great service. Today, I went with my autistic son to take his car to get an oil change, and Kadijah went above and beyond to treat him like any other customer. He's learning to handle more responsibilities as a young adult, and his experience at Mavis in Bernardsville, NJ gave him a lot of confidence. Many Thanks to Kadijah and the crew at Bernardsville.

The manager, Jonathan, at Bernardsville is phenominal!!! He explained everything with my car based on its current mileage and provided recommended service. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else for my car service needs. This place is beyond amazing!!! Highly recommend!

I've used Mavis for years in multiple locations and never had any issues. I've been going to the Bernardsville location for around 5 years and everything they have done to my car has been flawless.

I always have a very positive experience at Mavis. As usual my car was taken right in and it was ready when they said it would be. The staff is very friendly helpful.

Awful experience, no communication. I had a 9 am appointment and am still here at 4:40 pm and they have not started to change the tire. I had to cancel my plans. I called twice today and was told that the work would be completed but am still waiting. They are short staffed and did not apologize for the lack of communication. All they had to do was tell me that they couldn’t keep my appointment and that I should go somewhere else but they did not do that. now my plans are canceled and my car is not drivable.

I went in for an oil. Hangs and low tire pressure. They fixed my tires with no charge. Always great service.
