I've been employed via Mauve for a US employer for 6 months and the experience has been seamless. They are responsive for questions and support, but mostly the transition worked so well that no support was actually needed.

Mauve as my employer of record
Mauve Group has been my employer of record for 6 months. This has been a new experience for me and I have been very impressed. The standout for me has been their incredibly quick responsiveness and prompt clear explanations. As a result I have 100% confidence in the support that Mauve will provide should I need it. I relocated from the US back to Germany…
I relocated from the US back to Germany in 2020. I have been able to continue working with my US employer through a Mauve Group subsidiary as my employer of record for almost 2 years now. All questions were answered very promptly, payment was received on time. The regular check ins by Mauve Group representatives were are a helpful bonus. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it was not always intuitive to determine for which items to reach out to my employer of record, and for which to contact Mauve Group directly. However, this has not caused any delays in addressing my questions.

Good communication and constant improvement
The folks at Mauve have been diligent, responsive, and helpful. They've made an inherently tricky relocation from the US to Europe feel fairly seamless on the employee side. I appreciate their commitment to frequent communication, and the updates they've made and continue making to the user experience of their online portal.

Support and Kindness
I started my relationship with Mauve group in 2018. The beginning and the forward were fantastic: they never left me alone, they took care of everything and they are still always available for any questions I may have.
