Good service
Despite asking for a time collection ie am/pm this was ignored but did get an answer to other question regarding collection from inside. Mattress left outside in plastic bag overnight as told to keep dry. On collection driver did not want to take bag but did after a little persuasion. Drive polite and courteous.

Sorry to read you weren't entirely happy with us. I've found your email asking for an approximate collection time but can't understand why we didn't answer. Generally we aim to collect between 8.30am and 1.00pm but the schedule is determined on the day when we know exactly what collections there are to make.

Mattress Recycling
Booked our mattress recycling collection online picking a day that suited us and at a price that was extremely reasonable.
Collection was as requested in a van clearly marked with the company details. Service was friendly and professional and we are happy that we avoided contributing to unnecessary landfill.
Online booking user friendly

Thank you Trevor for expressing in a nutshell why we exist as a business. It's hard work and difficult to cover our operating costs but environmentally I know we're achieving good things. I just hope more people will choose to use us so we can keep going.
