My son's birthday was on April 11th, ordered only 48 hours before (knew I was pushing it). To my surprise the mystery got here on birthday morning. He was buzzing!

Slight delay with the retros however top communication & a stunning Leeds shirt to top it off, strongbow Sponsor.

The process to longer than expected so they refunded my shipping fee, very profesional of them, would recommend.

I ordered 16/2 and still havent received the items… and no response from the customer service. Should have looked here on trustpilot before ordering - looks like it is a normal problem …

My son's order was placed the 18th of February, and he has yet to receive it ....today is march 22😐
March 7 we received a message that it was being prepared for shipping and we haven't heard a thing since, despite writing to them om WhatsApp.
*After this review was written, I was contacted by their customer service and the issue has been fixed 🙂

Great quality as always

I ordered a pack of 3 shirts 3 weeks ago. It said it would get delivered within 2 - 5 days.
After 10 days I got a tracking number, which simply says "Sender preparing item". The money was withdrawn immediately, but the status of the package has not changed. I have talked to their customer service, but they dont do anything other than confirm that they can see the status of the package, just as I can. I cant see how they can handle this in such a bad process and how their staff cant find a solution after 3 weeks.

Ordered from here for son’s birthday. This makes a great gift as he was extremely pleased and was delivered in plenty of time. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

ordered a mistery box from them, there's been a bit of a mess with my local post service that is pretty sh...y, but these guys are great, they always respond on whatsapp and they are very helpful. thanks again

I ordered 10 days ago and I haven’t received my package. They don’t answer my emails. I should get I 2-5 days. And I haven’t received a tracking number.

Ordered a bundle a week ago, my order status still says processing and when I try to get in touch with support through WhatsApp I don’t get any answer.

Very bad support channels and they don’t answer what so ever.

I am really disappointed, on the websites it says that delivery to Sweden is 2-5 days and today is day 5 and I’ve haven’t heard anything at all.

This response was way quicker then the one on WhatsApp, I didn’t got any explanation or so there, now that I have gotten a response and a reason to why I will gladly change my review.

On top of a fast experience with the mystery box (kids) for my son and getting a leeds 2002 home shirt I stumbled upon the signed collection.

I was after any arsenal piece and noticed the duo framed henry and bergkamp one. Arrived in 2 days which was actually faster than my son's box. Very well packaged and discreet for an expensive item. Looks amazing in the mancave

Will use again, highly recommend these guys!

Ordered 2 boxes on the 27th of November 2023. Still NO package 6 weeks later, NO response to emails, NO response on the whatsapp live support chat.

I have ordered a couple of mystery boxes in the past and have been satisfied with the time of ordering and the delivery of the jerseys in the US. Unfortunately my last order had a couple of jerseys that were on my list of countries or leagues I wasn’t interested in, Dyl provided me with the info to ship them back and turned the replacement jerseys around super quick. I will order more jerseys in the future

While I found the situation somewhat amusing, I feel compelled to give it a single star. My experience with Matchday Mystery was quite eventful. Firstly, I received an order confirmation almost two weeks after placing the order. Subsequently, I waited an additional two weeks and decided to contact customer service, only to be informed that my order had been marked as delivered, even though it had not arrived.

After three weeks, the shirts finally arrived. Among them, I received a Uganda national team jersey, which is quite appealing. However, the other item was an Atletico Madrid 20/21 away jersey with print. Notably, I did not order a shirt with print, let alone one with a misspelled name. To my dismay, the back of my new Atletico Madrid 20/21 jersey reads "UÁREZ" with the number 8 – an incorrect name and jersey number. Pulling off such a blunder requires a truly impressive level of negligence. Additionally, the package did not include the "What did you get?" card.

Ordered two shirts from sweden, still haven't arrived nearly a month after. Customer service being very unclear about the situation too.

In the kids box it’s 1 shirt rather than 2, didn’t read properly that’s my fault I know.

Service is very good as son paid for shipping twice a this was refunded promptly by the support staff.

No English teams, got andrelecht and New York City. Being a city fan that isn’t bad at all..

May or may not use again. Son might have other ideas…
