Had someone use my card to order a subscription of matcha and emailed these guys twice to say cancel it but no one has responded for a week now.

Still not received my order and I havent heard back when I emailed them. I want a refund as this company feels like a scam

Should have read the reviews. Terrible customer service from Marine, over a week for delivery, well, still not here, with delays due to customs errors. Terrible company

SCAM ,,,,, never arrived!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company! the delivery time is too long, due to an error, my shipment is further delayed and I ordered in July. They claim fast delivery on the website, but this is a lie!

Very misleading company. Based in Spain. You could order and receive Matcha from Japan quicker than them. Over 2 weeks no delivery. In their website says 48-72hrs for shipping which is a Lie. Whole website is a lie to fool you to represent they based in UK but that’s not the case. I won’t be ordering again.

Sent a faulty matcha cup which has a fracture line (they said it’s normal) sent a faulty matcha bamboo whisk which was much more expensive than your usual ones, yet loses bristles every single time you use it. They told me “it’s supposed to be like that” how ridiculous of course the bristles are not supposed to break off into your matcha and ruin your drink! Have ignored my second email. And their matcha has no flavour at all it’s awful. Refusing me a refund/ignoring me - AWFUL customer services AVOID at all costs!!

Ordered over a wk ago, says 48-72 hrs delivery. Still waiting. Today I got an email saying it was delivered to pick up point but it doesn’t say where that is. All I can see on the tracking is it’s in London and I live in Ireland

The matcha is amazing. Smooth, a true green blend and of the highest quality.
Shipping however does not take 48-72 hours as its despatched from Spain. The shipping takes approximately 1 week. Frustrating when I have ran out! Take this into consideration when ordering as the matcha is very good.

Avoid at all costs. They don’t respond to your emails they don’t deliver within the timescale and if you ask for a refund they completely ignore you.

I contacted the company regarding leakage from the Matcha tub due to poor design. A lot of the powder came out of the edges of the container and has gone to waste. Considering the amount of money I spent on the product I did not expect the container to be such a poor design. If you shake the container with the lid shut, a load of the powder gets trapped around the rim of the pot and subsequently spills out when opened.

I was told that there is no need to shake the container, but it does not have “do not shake” written on it. I have been told that I am the only person who has had this problem and have been given a voucher for the discounted cost of the Matcha. I have requested a refund just for the cost of the Matcha and they have refused to do so. The voucher doesn’t even match the individual cost of the Matcha and therefore I would have to pay extra for the product and also postage. Really unhappy with the service but they do not seem to really care as they clearly are blaming me for their poor product design.

Avoid! Absolutely a nightmare! They lie to you from day one. Don’t believe these delivery times it’s a scam! They won’t deliver you anything for 2 weeks even it says 2 days. And they don’t care they would just say it’s not express delivery! So why they say it’s 1-2 days on their website lol

Still waiting on a refund for a product i never received they told me it was a royal mail problem the only problem now is its impossible to get hold of anyone from royal mail . Stay well away from this company that is based in Spain and we all know the spanish are known to sort their problems out tomorrow but its never tomorrow is it .

I’m so grateful I found this website. Is for 3 months I’m drinking matcha tea and taking inner cure pills I just can say is amazing! I highly recommend this website as is high quality products.

This company has a UK web address so you would assume its a UK company. Nowhere does it state that the company is based in Spain, if i knew this before i would not have bought anything from them. Who knows how long it will take to arrive or if it will ever reach me.

Two orders they didn’t deliver and haven’t refunded me. Avoid them at all costs!

Incredible how quickly it has arrived at home, I can tell that your products are of good quality and ecological, I will definitely repeat.

A very unreasonable, unflexible seller. They refused to cancel and refund an order, although I emailed them a few minutes after I was charged for the subscription.
They are all about the money, not about the customer.
You have better options in the UK, so avoid these people.
