As I understand it master seal solutions have gone into liquidation and now go under mss ltd.
I had my driveway done in July 2024 and now it has weeds growing through it. 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it was written on now. I am in my late 60s and thought the drive would out live me now I can't get this rectified so to say I am livid is an understatement😤

What an excellent driver I have just encountered with this company, speeding in a 20 zone overtaken in a 50 zone over Chevron whilst the other vehicle was doing 50 undertaking on a roundabout all just to get to a layby and turn around what a plonker  whilst the other

This company has now gone into liquidation and opened under another name. Probably due to all the unhappy customers including myself.
Drive has never been right from start to finish and even though they said they would sort it never happened. Now I have bigger problems but can't do anything to sort it as the guarantee is now void as they don't exist. If I find out the new company name I will be writing in their reviews too

Masterseal laid out resin at a depth of less than 10mm (recommended depth should be at least 20mm) they laid it on top of block paving (which shouldn’t be done) Within 18months the driveway was cracking and coming up. It cost us £27k and we have just had to have it all ripped up and replaced. The company redoing it have said it is the worse job they have ever seen. Masterseal have gone into insolvency and has now set up as Grayden Resin. Trustpilot keep taking my reviews off as MSS keeps saying it is a fake review. I am on the creditors list from the liquidators. How can this be fake! I have reported them and all their companies to Trading Standards. AVOID!!!!!

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with the sent a bunch of cowboys to lay my resin drive after 18 months it started to fail I complained and they offered to come back and put it right but now they have gone bust total bunch of fraudsters I understand the directors have set up again my advice is to avoid do not use them they will rip you off

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. They did work on our back garden, which was a nightmare and took months and is now starting to fail. When it came to doing the drive, they convinced us that because it was just resin, we needed their expertise, and it would be done to a high standard. However, last year it broke into pieces in one area, and that’s when it became apparent just how bad a job they had done and that we had been ripped off. The correct amount of resin that should be down is a minimum of 20mm; however, in places, it goes down to 5mm. It had been laid on top of the block paving, and because it is so thin, it is starting to fail everywhere. Masterseal always blames the contractors, but they are responsible for ordering materials and the contractors who do the work. In my opinion, the directors loved the high life, driving flash cars and enjoying an expensive Dubai lifestyle at the expense of customers like us who are over £30k out of pocket. It is my belief that a company has set up again, working in the same premises, but under the ownership of the directors girlfriend/partner. Please do yourself a favor and do not work with them, whatever the savings. Our drive is available for inspection if you really want to see what standard they work to, as we’re on the Masterseal creditors list. You have been warned!

Avoid this company at all costs, complete cowboys who don’t do the proper preparation and driveways fail within a year. They liquidate and set up again and again
None of them have morals in doing the decent thing and finding other avenues to operate as they clearly can’t install driveways

Problems have developed with my driveway which was assessed late last summer and I was told it would be repaired 31.3.25. For the past month I've been trying to contact them to find out exactly what their repairs plans entail as I paid a LOT of money for my driveway and I'm not going to be happy with a patchwork job. I've sent e-mails and left voicemails - no response received to date. I'm not happy.

Tried to get in touch with Masterseal but Phone number I have is now not working for Dinnington. Was promised to have my driveway repaired last year as it is in a shocking state. Told me to hold off till March this year as weather was getting cold and wet due to waiting 6 months! Now can’t get in touch as not answering messages.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs as they are a disgusting cowboy operation. I paid over £10k for my drive and patios and they have cost me so much more and ruined my back patio completely. Court proceedings are starting to commence now! They started work on my drive and patio 1st September - 20th September… and came to ‘check what the issues were’ in March 2022 and April 2024, the latter digging up part of my back patio where paving edging blocks have sunk. Left it all in an awful state. I’ve emailed, called, text, left messages and had no response. Still chasing and now progressing with court proceedings to try to reclaim some of the thousands wasted on such a horrible cowboy company. Don’t go near them!

Very quick and reliable an amazing drive and garden that’s maintenance free.

I would like to thank Master Seal for their reply which only took almost 4 months, but it’s the same blah blah blah on this platform. Still heard nothing from the team personally despite the usual bs new management; things will improve etc. Not holding my breath.

I'm not going to say everything from booking to finished item went smoothly however the product is a fantastic thing to look at. Scott and his crew who did the work really got stuck in even with the tribulations of weather, issues with the transport they made up for all that with what is now a total transformation from what was a patterned concrete lay done 2.5 years ago with terrible finish and over 2 months to complete which we was told was four days work. If anyone was to say they are thinking of having a new patio surface , drive or path then I would certainly say to them to give master seal solutions ltd a call and like me I'm sure they will stand back and look on completion in amazement of the transformation. If anyone reading this knows how I can attach photos I would much appreciate it as I don't see a attachment button visible. Graham & Jan

Resin drive laid. Very efficient workers . Very pleased with the results. Until a problem occured things went really well. No luck with resolving so far. Be nice if someone called and sorted.

A great install but no thanks to Master Seal.

I chose Master Seal despite them not being the cheapest because they claimed to manufacture the resin they use. They were upfront about subcontracting the labour to a select group of contractors.

I placed my order with Master Seal on the 22nd August, with an agreed installation date of Monday, October 21st, confirmed by an automated email.

On October 21st, no one arrived. When I called the office, they had no record of this despite pre-agreeing to this on the contract and said my job was scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th.

On October 29th, again, no one showed up. After repeatedly reaching the answerphone, I found the mobile number for Richard (the director). He spoke to the office and later informed me that the installer had gone AWOL, and they would send someone else. On Thursday, October 31st, the subcontractor, Dom, and his team arrived and worked hard to prepare for the resin to be laid on Sunday, November 3rd, but no resin arrived.

I followed up on Monday, November 4th, and was told the resin would arrive by Thursday, November 7th. Again, no resin arrived. The office offered no real explanation and seemed indifferent. Later on Thursday, I was informed that the remaining work was being passed to the subcontractor, and I was to make the final payment directly to them.

It was agreed that the resin would be delivered on Saturday, November 9th, to be laid on Sunday, November 10th, but again, no resin arrived.

I followed up again on Monday, November 11th, and was told it was no longer their problem as they had fully contracted the remainder to their subcontractor. The subcontractor finally called to say they would supply an alternative manufacturer’s resin to ensure the job could be completed ASAP.

The resin finally arrived on Wednesday, November 13th, and the driveway was completed on Thursday, November 14th.

I chose Master Seal because they initially appeared professional and claimed to supply their own product. However, once they had my money and signature, their professionalism vanished. I had to chase Master Seal every step of the way, and they never contacted me to provide updates. Dealing with Master Seal has been awful. I’ve had to constantly rearrange my life due to their failure to plan and manage their work.

I have wasted numerous work holidays waiting around for Master Seal so I requested some financial compensation to be told no. absolutely appalling conduct.

Joe and his team have been so great with my elderly parents and their drive way looks amazing

What agreat company to deal with Richard was very helpful to deal with and the men he sent to do my paths we're brilliant Scott Andy len and Danny was great they did a fantastic job very professional I recommend company very highly

After months of disappointment from a company called Kerb Appeal, who first laid our drive , (avoid them at all costs) we finially got the drive we've always wanted , thank you to scott and his team, brilliant workers ,and a big thank you to Craig from masterseal solutions over seeing the work getting done to a high standard. would definitely recommend this company if you want a good quality job done. very reasonable prices.

Jo and the guys did a great job. Start to finish didn’t take long. Allowed the drive it’s full curing time before the car was put on the drive.
Lots of admiring comments from neighbours.. Very satisfied with how it looks ++++++++++++ Highly recommended.
