Very disappointing subscription…
Very disappointing subscription experience.
I subscribed through a low-cost trial offer and was later charged the full subscription amount of 39$ automatically. The major issue was the inconsistency between the company’s public statement and what customer support later admitted in writing.
Their website states:
“We send reminder emails before charging.”
However, customer support explicitly confirmed to me:
“No reminder email was sent prior to your initial charge.”
As a first-time customer, I relied on the expectation that a reminder notification would be sent before billing. I contacted support immediately after noticing the charge, cancelled the subscription promptly, and had minimal usage, yet the refund request was still denied.
My concern is not only about the refund, but also about transparency and consistency in subscription communication practices. I recommend that prospective users carefully review the auto-renewal terms and monitor trial expiration dates closely before subscribing.
