Order was not delivered to the address I had requested. Even Double checked my order to ensure that it had not been my fault. I am not mixing you up with another company. Yes you have delivered to me before but I have two houses. I was clear in where I wanted it delivered.
Aside from the misdelivery, I love the product. Five stars!
Next time I will call customer service just in case it is the shop pay order website causing the problem. Thanks for the reply.

Hello! I see you have placed a total of 3 orders with us through our U.S.Enzymes site, and they have all had the same Shipping and Billing address. The billing is different from the shipping, but we have entered them correctly from what we can see; the shipping label matches the address that was entered online. The last order we received was on Tuesday 5/28 and it as delivered on Friday 5/31.
I see your orders did come in through via ShopPay method so that feature may be recognizing an old address as the default but we are not able to change that on our end but we are happy to walk you through it and try to help. You can use the Check out as a guest feature as well. Please feel free to call our Customer Service @800-926-2961. Bill or Blake can help make this right and I apologize for the inconvenience!

Unhappy with Shipping
Disappointed to purchase a product that is supposed to be kept refrigerated, and see that it was not shipped with an ice pack or some way to keep it cold.
Previous orders have been handled better.
