Out of business? Not serving the USA? who knows

Ordered item, nearly two months later, still haven’t received it, nor any update on when it would arrive.

Tried contacting by email twice, by the contact form once, and by texting their phone number once, never heard a single word on the status of my order. Not sure if they’ve gone out of business or stopped serving the USA or what because they won’t respond.

Auf Deutsch könnte man schon schreiben!!!!! Außerdem gebe ich nur ein Stern da ich mich verarscht fühle. Erst heißt es das man noch ein Produkt kaufen sollte damit der Versand kostenlos ist jetzt habe ich noch ein Produkt gekauft und der Versand ist doch nicht kostenlos. Ich fühle mich betrogen.

Disappointed

At first, the tracking number from DHL was not recognised (I had no information about when the parcel would arrive).

At some point, I tried again.
Then I saw that it was being sent back to the sender.

I had it delivered to a DHL post office.

Perhaps that wasn't possible with registered mail, but I didn't know that.

I didn't know that it was coming by registered mail, nor that I wouldn't receive an email when it arrived at the DHL branch.
So now, unfortunately, the parcel is going back.

What a shame.

They ghosted me…

Ordered on 7/1, was told at checkout shipping on 7/2 with delivery by 7/8. It’s 7/9 and I’ve found out all their email addresses are no longer valid, their phones are shut off and they don’t respond to social media messages. Sadly will have to file a chargeback with the credit card company

An excellent company to deal with, I had an issue with an item, I emailed them had a quick response and resolution to the issue. I hav brought many item from them and will buy from them again
