This was the first time ever I bought from Mary Wyatt, but I'd wanted to do it for a long time. I am amazed by how quick I received my order, even though I'm not base in the UK. Sure, the delivery fees are a bit high and the taxes too (thanks Brexit), but given how quickly I received the order and the top quality of the item I bought, it was 100% worth it and I will definitely order again.

I bought a long sleeve crop top on which I've had my eyes for months and when it was restocked I didn't think very long before ordering. The quality is as good as expected, or even better and that's very pleasant. I also like the fact that they seem to only produce small batches each time, because items are often quickly out of stock, but they restock from time to time. I find that more "planet-friendly" than cheap fast fashion. They also don't make new collections every two weeks, but they put a lot of care in every product they make, and that's honestly all we need. Staple pieces that last.

There was a little handwritten note in the package to thank me for my order, which was a small one, only one item. That was also surprisingly pleasant (maybe because it was my first order?). Anyways, it does make you feel like you're not just a customer number in their database, which is nice (I mean, I'm sure the note is the same for everybody, obviously, but it's still a kind thought).

Anyways, the products are pricey and the shipping too, but I think it's all truly worth it.

My favourite clothing brand! Every piece of clothing I have bought from them has been fantastic quality, they do a collaboration with Download festival every year and I have bought merch for the last 2 years and wear it all the time! Popped to the studio they sell from in London and the staff were so lovely and helpful!

I'm over the moon with the quality of the items I bought. I will be ordering again. Not once in my life have I ever found a pair of pants that is long enough for my height before. Not only did I get pants with amazing quality but the look and overall feeling is the best it could possibly be. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I have made a lot of purchases from MW since discovering them a couple of months ago. I was hesitant at first since the pieces aren't exactly inexpensive and the shipping to Canada is a little nuts - however, I cannot express how happy I have been with every purchase and how worth the money these items are. I follow the size guide and have not had any issues with fit - everything is exactly as described in that department - the quality is incredible, and I truly love every piece I have added to my collection.

for the first time this week I ordered something in a size that after the fact I wish I sized down for - I emailed customer support and they went above and beyond helping me and replaced my size for me and had the order sent out same day. incredible!

its hard finding goth/alt clothing brands online that I love, and that are CONSISTENT, but Mary Wyatt has thread that needle for me.

Great quality, super nice designs, and true to size stated on the webpage. They also have very gracious customer service. I highly recommend them!

This was originally a 1-star review. I had a very awful experience and thought the brand had sent me some kind of unchecked return (a pair of random, dirty pants), and then had ignored my messages regarding the issue. They went out of their way to contact me further and clear things up, and I am now confident that the issue with my package was likely outside of their control. Regardless, they still took the extra step to try and refund me completely (including shipping/custom fees), and even provided a credit for another future order. I cannot speak for the clothing just yet, unfortunately, but I can say that the quality of their customer service can be accounted for: Very patient, friendly, and honest.

I spent a while debating whether to buy a pair of trousers from Mary Wyatt as they are more on the expensive side, but I loved the design, so decided to hope for the best! The design/fit is indeed gorgeous and when they first arrived, the weight of the fabric felt expensive. However, after 1 wear and wash, the stitching had broke in two places. I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful and offered to either fix them free of charge or give me a 10% refund. I thought all was sorted but now after another wear, the 'bum' of the trousers has gone bobbly and looks awful. I'm only wearing them in an office! I'm really gutted at the quality I've experienced, given the price of the item. Despite loving the style of the brand, I don't think I would order from them again.

What courtesy and charme at same time, a sumptuously sexy brand.

I don’t know what to say… I ordered pants and a belt with express delivery and not even 24 hours later I got them, from London to Dortmund, Germany, thats crazy! The fabrique is so good, very high quality!
I asked the costumer Service for sizes and I should have listened, because I was too scared to Order a Size smaller the pants are a bit to big but they still fit good, and there are still taylors to make them a big smaller. So Overall: never had a better experience!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I’ve been had a bad experience. The quality is outstanding (so soft) and sizing is accurate. Shipping is always super quick as well. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing and kind support!

I ordered the wrong size and the email support was so lovely and helpful. I made my return no problem (from outside the UK) and received a store credit with which I will order the right size now which they also helped me with. I will definetly shop with them again.

Love the long sleeve t shirt i bought, good quality. I would love to buy more items but almost everything on their website is out of stock and says "restocking soon" it has been like this for a while. I hope they update items soon so I can purchase more in the future.

When customer support is as good as this it's worth raving about. The staff at MW were very quick to respond to my inquiry and got me sorted out the same day.

PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish. Incredible, attentive, kind customer service who truly went above and beyond. The garms I received are unbelievable quality, and so worth the money. My order also came shockingly quickly, despite not upgrading my shipping.
Especially in a cost of living crisis, it's really reassuring knowing your hard earned money is going to such a wonderful small business who clearly value delivering extremely high-quality fashion, and world-class customer service. I would buy out the whole store if I could (and likely will, over time, haha!). I genuinely cannot recommend enough - definitely my new favourite clothes store. This was my first purchase from Mary Wyatt, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery was smooth and timely, and the quality of the items completely exceeded my expectations. The clothes are on the pricey side, yes, but they feel sturdy and well-made, unlike what you sometimes get with other alternative brands.

Customer service was also amazing—super friendly and quick to respond. Mary Wyatt has definitely gained a new customer, and I can't wait for my next order. Highly recommended!

Been shopping with Mary Wyatt longer than I can remember and 90% off my wardrobe is made up of their clothing. My recent haul of their leather collection was probably the best ever faux leather.
I have key items that I wear to death and they have been washed 100s of times and are still holding up perfectly. The quality is nothing short of amazing.
The jackets can feel a little expensive but they are worth every penny. I have one that is almost three years old now and it’s still like new.
Follow the wash instructions they give you and your purchases will last ages!!!

I’ve been shopping with Mary Wyatt for years now and genuinely believe they’re the best alternative brand available in the UK - their items are stunning and fit me like a glove every time. I’m a plus size girl so online clothes shopping can be frustrating, but I find Mary Wyatt clothes are always consistent and true to size (some are oversized but this is always clearly stated in the item description). Fabric quality is great and I’m confident most of their pieces will last me for years. I also love that they’re female-owned and run. Finally, their customer service is incredible - I’ve only ever had minor issues (I must have purchased over 30 items by now) and they got resolved immediately every time. Big fan!

This is the alt brand worth spending your money on, the clothes are nice quality and wash well, they seem to care about what they make and aren’t just churning out fast fashion! I have met them at a tattoo convention and you can tell they really care about their customers, always so nice helpful and go above on beyond to help when you email or message on IG too.
