Hired a sound system from these guys for my 40th. The speakers were great and the team were very helpful with setting it up for me! Would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Marvellous Glow at our wedding. From the start, Paul understood our vision and was willing to work with us to create exactly what we wanted (we provided star lanterns to be strung from the ceiling at our venue). He proactively liaised with the venue ahead of the day to organise the setup and made some great decisions re. the finer details that could only be worked on the day.
Marvellous Glow was also one of the few suppliers I booked who had what felt like 'non-wedding-inflated' prices. The price was very reasonable, and I was able to book and pay in full a year before the wedding to secure a bit of a discount.
I am a perfectionist and control freak, but I trusted Paul and his team fully. I thoroughly recommend them.

We hired Marvellous Glow for our company Summer Party. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, turned up early, set up the marquee with the lights, the dance floor and the DJ area quicker than we could have ever hoped for and provided such an amazing service that we’re getting them booked up for the Christmas party too

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Marvellous Glow after what happened on our wedding day.

We booked and paid for our dance floor and light-up letters with them and they didn’t turn up. There was no phone call or message to tell us there was a problem. My husband actually had to leave our wedding breakfast to start making calls because we had no idea where they were.

The knock-on effect was awful. Our whole evening was delayed, including our first dance, my husband’s nan ended up missing it, we lost over 2 hours of our photobooth and our band had to move all their equipment outside, set up again and then move everything back inside once a replacement floor arrived. I was genuinely crying on my wedding day because of the stress.

Thankfully our venue were amazing and managed to help us find Aurora Pearl, who came out at very short notice and saved the evening by supplying a replacement dance floor and letters.(would 100% recommend Aurora Pearl)

What upset me most is the complete lack of communication. It was only after we contacted Marvellous Glow ourselves that we were told the van had broken down. The following day, we were then told the van had actually been involved in an accident. Whatever the actual truth was, the fact remains that nobody contacted us or our venue to tell us there was a problem. We were simply left on our wedding day with no dance floor, no light-up letters and no uplighters, with absolutely no idea that they weren’t going to arrive. Our wedding coordinators were trying to phone Marvellous Glow and calls were ignored.

They did eventually refund us, after A LOT of back and forth, reimbursed the replacement supplier and contributed towards some of our other financial losses.

But unfortunately money afterwards doesn’t give you those moments of your wedding day back. We spent the first few weeks of married life dealing with emails, invoices and trying to recover money for costs we never should have had.

If you’re considering booking them for your wedding, I wouldn’t! You only get one wedding day and unfortunately this had a huge impact on ours.

I’m glad everything has now finally been resolved, but based on our experience I would never recommend them to another bride and groom.

We chose to have marvellous glow kit out our wedding following their good reviews. They did not disappoint.

Paul helped us throughout the process and replied quickly to our queries. We felt they were reasonably priced and made our booking simple.

We were extremely happy with our lighting and it was the perfect touch to our wedding. Aesthetically fitting to our theme and they had plenty to offer when choosing.

We would highly recommend.

I found Marvellous Glow Ltd online and approached them about lighting for my Wedding. I was swiftly contacted by Paul Panayi. He responded to my enquiries really quickly and was super thorough, giving me ideas and options based on his professional opinion. I ended up going with the cold white fairy lights and lettering, incorporating them into my ‘winter wonderland’ theme wedding. There were a few issues (with my venue not with Marvellous Glow) leading up to the wedding because the venue had had lighting installed which meant we may have not been able to have the original lighting we’d picked. But Paul liaised directly with my venue and made it happen. I felt like I got a real personal service, like he genuinely cared about getting what we wanted for our big day. I wasn’t sure what I would walk into when I arrived at the venue, but Paul had ensured the lighting was installed plus a fairy light curtain running down the back of our top table. It looked absolutely breathtaking, I cried, it truly was magical. I cannot thank Paul enough for the service he provided to us, highly recommended, we would use Marvellous Glow again.
