I couldn’t be happier with the service that MJM T/A Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Ltd provided! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They paid attention to every detail and left our offices spotless. I especially appreciated how respectful they were of our space and how efficiently they worked.

This company exploits people by forcing them to work for free. They constantly invent excuses to justify unpaid labor. On top of that, they violate the law — everything they do is illegal. Working there is a complete waste of time and energy. No one should ever work for a company like this.

Working as a cleaner at mjm cleaning is the worst company I ever worked in my life ,the staff are useless and the management are total waste of time don't follows any health safety protocols,stay away from this company and they don't pay you want they owe they make a quick exit not to pay you absolute madness

We requested a quote for deep cleaning and carpet cleaning, clearly stating our requirements and even providing images and conducting an on-site meeting. Despite their quote being significantly higher than others (nearly £1,000), we chose this company based on their positive reviews.

On the day, only two workers arrived and cleaned just the carpets—nothing else. We were shocked, as it was made clear from the beginning that we expected deep cleaning in addition to the carpets. Even their manager had visited the property beforehand and never clarified that the quote was only for carpets.

To make matters worse, instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, they are now threatening legal action, even though we are still within the 7-day payment window.

Not to mention other companies gave us £160 to £230 quotes for the carpet cleaning. We accepted the quote because we agreed it was for both carpet and the deep cleaning

Avoid this company at all costs. We deeply regret trusting them and hope this review helps others steer clear of the same experience.
