Reliable outdoor melon for UK gardens
Up to three sweet fruits per plant
Resistant to powdery mildew for guaranteed harvests
Melon ‘Outdoor Wonder’ makes it possible to enjoy the pleasure of home-grown melons, even in the unpredictable UK climate. Each plant produces up to three large fruits, weighing around 300g, with a deliciously sweet flavour that’s best savoured fresh from the garden.
This variety is resistant to powdery mildew, ensuring crops stay healthy and productive right through to harvest. With no need for special soil warming, it can be grown in beds or under mulch, making it straightforward and rewarding to cultivate.
Harvest in late summer through autumn for a truly special treat, bringing a taste of the exotic straight to your vegetable patch or allotment.

I have been growing this variety for a few years. They grow very well in London and taste amazing.
