In many ways Lettuce Cos is a 'golden oldie', but gardeners know it is still a variety that guarantees growing success. It produces large, dark green, upright hearts with a crunchy texture and good flavour. A favourite in the summer salad bowl. For best results, harvest the crop between May and September.
