Marley Spoon Recenzje 

Al meer dan een jaar maak ik geen gebruik van Marley Spoon tot schijnbaar vandaag. Hun kunnen dus ineens uit het niets je account her activeren. Geen mail vooraf niks. Gewoon ineens geld van mijn rekening. Nog niet eens de gerechten (die niet geannuleerd kunnen worden) uit mogen zoeken. Alles kan dus regelrecht de vuilbak in

Na 8 jaar ben ik nog altijd van mening dat Marley Spoon de beste keuze is voor een goede en vooral gevarieerde maaltijd. Met gevarieerd bedoel ik zowel "moeder kost", als de sublieme"Generaal Tso Kip" of overheerlijke "Orechiette Bagna Cauda". Elk menu op duidelijke aparte kaarten (kan je bewaren voor bv.je zwager die niet kan koken maar toch wil proberen; 't zal'm lukken)en last but not least: betaalbaar!
Een dikke pluim voor de after-service: is bereikbaar, wordt bemand door echte mensen en geeft binnen enkele dagen uitsluitsel, top! Voor de veggie's: heel lekkere veggie én vegan maaltijden. Ik doe er nog een aantal jaar bij.

Their sign up process is frustrating - and if you're looking to talk to someone to help get it canceled, their online form might not be the best route. I created an account and learned creating that automatically schedules the 1st box. So when I went to cancel it after seeing more about the meals, I was able to...but that doesn't mean your 1st box gets canceled.

I attempted the day I signed up and then canceled to also get the 1st box canceled - by filling out their form online.

No one responded and then I saw the charge come through. I then filled out the form again. No response. It wasn't until I got another email from Marley Spoon, saw a direct email to reach out to. I then got a reply with them stating "It is possible to cancel your first order as long as you contact us before its billing day as stated in our help center and in our terms & conditions. Simply canceling your membership will not result in the automatic cancellation of your first order."

As that was sadly not done, the order was processed and was sent out for delivery. Once an order's cut-off goes past, not even we are able to take any other actions on it."

I attempted to get it canceled before the billing date - but no one got back to me. The fact that canceling your membership doesn't cancel the 1st box is an unfortunate customer experience. Especially with them choosing not to remedy the situation.

Ik ben een ‘nieuwsgierige’ kok, met nadruk op nieuw. Wekelijks bestel ik een box van Marley Spoon voor 2 maaltijden (2pers) . In mijn profiel neem ik wat exotischere maaltijden op dan ik verder dagelijks doe. Altijd vers, gedoseerde kruiden toegevoegd, ruime porties, gezond, goede prijs/kwaliteit, correcte levering. Ook belangrijk: soepel beleid rond bestellen. Geen commentaar bij overslaan van boxen, als het een keer niet uitkomt. Klantenservice ook fijn. Kortom: Prima keuze is dit voor ons!!
Net dat stukje beter passen bij ons dan enkele collega-firma’s die we ook probeerden.

I did not consent to a subscription. I would not have bought the food because it isn't good for my diet. Now I have many meals coming that I cannot afford nor eat and it said that it wouldn't charge my card. I never received the emails they said that they sent.

Gerechten zijn gevarieerd en goed uitgelegd in de recepten

So sick of them sending boxes I don't want. They changed my delivery date so when I went to select the recipes for the week I was "too late". Sat full of recipes with gluten, which I cannot eat. I contacted customer service to have it cancelled, which they reluctantly did, only to find out that they actually just paused my service for 4 weeks (why in gods name would I want that?!?). So I have been charged for and am going to receive box I don't want today. Not at all impressed, will never use them again.

Goed inspirerende recepten die duidelijk stap voor stap zijn voorgesteld. Zelfs iemand die niet gewoon is om te koken, kan iets lekkers en visueel attractief maken. Het smaakpallet kan, naar eigen keuze uiteraard, zeer attractief gevarieerd zijn. Leveringen gebeuren netjes binnen de tijdspanne met goed gekoeld transport. Wel een tip.. misschien eens onderzoeken of klanten met maaltijdcheques kunnen betalen.

Kleine hoeveelheden maar hoge kwaliteit en altijd alles in de box. Gezond denk ik en altijd heel vers.

Lekkere recepten maar sommige porties zijn echt te klein. Twee tienerzonen en vaak is het echt niet voldoende

Ik kook al 6 jaar met Marley Spoon voor een gezin van 4. Elke week eten we lekkere gerechten met verse producten en veel variatie en bovenal snel klaar. De leveringen gebeuren zeer vlot. Er is een duidelijke communicatie en als er iets misloopt, wordt dit steeds snel opgelost. Na 6 jaar nog steeds tevreden. Dank Marley Spoon!

Een supergoede oplossing als je lekker wilt eten en weinig inspiratie of tijd hebt om te winkelen en te koken.

I don’t even know where to start. I wanted to try Markey Spoon but was quite disappointed by the recepies which were not always clear, the timing was wrong so part of it was cold once I finished the rest etc. I then thought that I had canceled but apparently I had just skip a week. When I noticed it was already too late as I was not able to cancel the order even though it had not been delivered yet. No reimbursement possible. Customer service could not help.

So I contacted everyone to see if they could be of any help and nobody was able to help so now I have a box of food and I’m not shading anybody who likes this place but I think they’re a little shady. I think they kind of rope you in by making you put your information in before you look at the menu and then boom your kind of set to get a box, and you know when you try Say you do not want the delivery they say they have already prepared the box, but you can’t speak to anybody live so it’s just really confusing. Good luck to whoever else is gonna do it.

I've never order with them, I've just start the process and quit before to order anything but i have still received an order and ther is nothing i can do about it

Gerechten en porties zijn goed MAAR de levering door DPD is nooit op tijd. Keuze tussen 08-18hr of 17-22hr maar ik heb de indruk dat ze daar niet naar kijken. Kies telkens voor 8-18hr wat hun 10 uur de tijd geeft maar wordt telkens NA 19hr geleverd.

Aanmelden is eenvoudig, afmelden is moeilijk, automatische betaling elke week, ik kan niet eens een knop vinden om op te zeggen.

Nu blijven ze sturen dat ik niet eet.
