I am extremely disappointed with Marlboro Rewards. I had accumulated more than 8,000 points, and they erased every one of them simply because my account was inactive for three months.

Part of the problem was that their emails were being sent to an email account I was no longer using. I previously discussed the email issue with one of their agents, yet my points were still taken away without the situation being resolved.

I have called several times since this happened. More than six months ago, I was told that a manager would contact me, but I have never received a call or any other follow-up. Taking away over 8,000 points is frustrating enough, but completely ignoring a longtime customer after promising a callback is unacceptable. This has been handled terribly, and I am furious with the lack of concern and customer service.

Marlboro pricing is outrageous and increasing constantly. Their rewards program is tedious entering pack codes and their branded merchandise is expensive and often of poor quality. I only redeem for dollars off coupons, have to wait 6+ weeks to receive, and then I can’t find any retailers willing to accept them!

Very Terrible Experience - Completely ruined my appetite for smoking cigarets.. 2 years after covid-19 I have been getting nothing but horrible , awful , cow crap smelling cigarets more than almost 2 years now. I have personally been a smoker for 12 years now, 10 years back this didn't happen before. I wasted $12,500 in two years completely on bad terrible quality produced authentic Marlboro cigarets. $12,500 is a lot of money in 2 years. I liked premium which is why I was buying it. So I have been scammed by quality and product tasting really bad can't even smoke a cigaret. Also sent Marlboro 7 packs and I never got my refund they told me for those 7 packs I sent they said refund will be $75.00 I waited and. waited 2 months nothing waited and waited nothing, I felt scammed out of 7 packs returned, and I felt conned for $12,500. This is a horrifying experience being a smoker.,

Your cigarettes went from 5 dollars to 10 dollars, you just lost a customer

Coupon or Reward system is horrible!! Waiting time through the mail is 6 weeks and it often doesn't show up. You can use mobile coupons but I have ene had trouble w those disappearing when I need to use them. The system is just whack!!

Ich bin August Jahrgang 1953, ich Rauche schon 58 Jahre Marlboro für mich ist Marlboro die beste Zigaretten. Aber seit 6 Monate weiss ich nicht warum Marlboro die Zigaretten nicht richtig einfühlt. Beim Rauchen muss man 4 bis 5 mal Anzünden, weil die glüht runder Feld. Ich Klopfe die Zigarette bis 1/4 runder. Könnten Sie mehr Stopfen.

I've been smoking for over 30 years and smoke Marlboro the whole time I've called them a couple times with some stale cigarettes and they refuse to do anything about it when they cost 10 $12 a pack and you think being a loyalty no consumer of their products for that many years they would treat their customers better I guess not I guess that's why I quit after 30 years.

Two weeks ago, right after they started their Marlboro Monday’s games I won a $50 e-gift card on the slot machine. I have yet to receive the ecard. When I’ve played their games before and won, it was in my email box within minutes. I did take screenshots of the win, and the congratulation note. I was told a week. I’ve checked everything in my email (spam, etc.) but still nothing from Marlboro. Plus they don’t accept screenshots for proof of the winning prize. Don’t offer the games if there is no payouts!

I have noticed that Marlboro Red Box 100's taste so bad and not only that smell atrocious even my husband says what chemicals are in your cigarettes? He actually said he got dizzy so have I. Another thing when tapping my cigarette out it relites itself like those candles for a joke that do not go out unless you put them in water. The Marlboro cigarettes from the 1980s and 1990s tasted so much better when everyone smoked Marlboro. What is the deal with the geniuses who create the mixture and gross ingredients. ? Definitely not necessary. I have tasted so many chemicals and toxins that are noticeable.

I went to smoke my morning cigarette without a filter.As I typically do and as I took out the filter for a marlboro red king pack or a pack of shorts and lighting the cigarette and inhaling a dead fly, went into my mouth from the cigarette.so something must be done about this because Marlboros have been a big part of our family.I don't wish to drop you guys

Don't do the reward u cash in and u never get anything

I have ordered a lot from Marlboro with my reward points record player 2 yeti tumblers cast iron skillet rayban sunglasses instamatic camera and a hammock all came within a few weeks. I ordered the black stone portable grill took 80,000 points from me on February 1 and ups will not ship it due to the weight does NOT match the weight on the label! I have called twice and emailed Marlboro and still nothing is happening uugghhh I have been smoking there products for 30 years come on man give me my product ASAP geez

I was on virtual chat got disconnected I was on live chat got disconnected I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and got disconnected. I'm getting the run around on the Marlboro reward program nobody can seem to do anything to help me out I am no longer going to be smoking marlboro's I know I'm only one person but I'm going to put out a bad review every single day and a bunch of my friends including my family smoke Marlboro and they will no longer be smoking any Marlboro products what so ever. And I suggest anybody else to quit using Marlboro products the rewards program is a joke you can only turn in 3000 points a month I've had 22,000 points all together and I'm going to get something for about 22,000 points but they're saying basically I can use my points it's going to take over 6 months to get what I want. They don't care another big corporation that doesn't give a shit about the low man on the pole they don't care about their customers they are a joke.

Used 20 years of points earned to recieve a cheap 1.00 item at best. Made in China crap.junk junk junk! Company is a scam. Don't waste your time.

Called customer service, and they said it was shipped, by UPS, called UPS and they said they have not gotten a tracking number Marlboro states is on the package..

I placed a order withy points and have never received my product. They just keep telling me to message again. Been 2 months and same story. I don't know what's going on with them now. I never had issues before. Im so disappointed with this.

Marlboro is the new Smoker Friendly. Half the cigarette is air. Tilt the cigarette down and the tobacco falls out. I started smoking marlboro when I was 16. Im now 42, I loved marlboro for 26 years. Now, I'll never smoke another marlboro again. Just another corporation scamming people. Its like buying a pack of premium smokes and finding only 10 cigarettes in the pack...🤦‍♂️

The website is not official Marlboro, it goes to gtc.marlboro.com so you're not buying authentic cigarettes but fake ones. The quality is terrible I can't believe it. I paid so much for fake cigs.

Every cigarette pack I buy has brown stains all over them. Doesn’t burn evenly it’s definitely counterfeit sold at stores in Houston or Marlboro has misleading cigarettes.
