It says they can’t ship an item to my house that’s out of stock at the store literally 5min down the road because my address is “too far”. Horrible system

I shopped at Mark’s last week. The experience was good. I like their Wind River brand of boots. The staff were courteous and helpful. They processed the order quickly and accurately.

The Website is a total scam. Products have Bad quality and are delivered in unusable conditions (missing openings for buttons in trousers). Returning is a catastrophe - they offer you vouchers instead of just returning the item and then offer returning at own cost which needs to be delivered to Canada. Otherwise you are in Canada it costs you 50€. Total tarp and scam. I don’t an understand why the shop is not banned .

Do not buy there.

I bought a safety shoes today and the price displayed was 219.99 plus tax but in bill it is 239.99 plus tax. I realize it after i come my room.

Slippers i had for 3 months only worn 2 months as I was in mexico and they are falling apart . I contacted customer service and they said sorry their refund policy is 14 to 30 days maybe thats for that it didn't fit or didn't like but if its falling apart you back your products you sell but they didn't care so I received nothing but having to throw them in garbage ! Poor customer service!

Hello Marks, Its February in Canada. How come I cant order a pair of winter boots?

They claim to deliver something they never delivered. They are launching an investigation which i'm sure they'll call me and say that they delivered it. There was a secure parcel box, which they did not put it in and they claimed to have left it at the front door. So i'm out with that over a hundred dollars for nothing. Plus they're wasting time with our running around to try to get the money back.

Staff left us to find footwear for ourselves stating they had to “ go help a customer up front”. What were we? Wildlife? Two thumbs down on customer service.

Billed and product marked shipped Jan 15 “label created.” Product never actually shipped as of today January 28. Two emails to customer care-no response. Two phone calls-the first blamed UPS, second one told me they need to do an inquiry to find my product and conflicted with all info given on first call. Called UPS who said they have received no request for pick up and asked me for store location which Marks will not provide to me. January 28 refused to refund my money and need to do “An internal investigation first.” They expressed that their case management was “Backlogged because of Christmas (on January 28)” and the inquiry could take as much as a further 7-10 and then I would get a status email-not that I would get the product. Again these guys have had my money since the 15th and are refusing to give it back. Over a hundred dollars.

I shop in store and staff are helpful and friendly. A month ago I bought the Shambhala lined leggings. Fit is good but the material is terrible. Pilling started with first wearing, and I didn't wear them every day. Now one cannot see the difference between the inner lining and the outside, that's how bad the pilling is. I expect better for the price, what a disappointment.

While not explicitly a review of the Mark's store or its service, I recently purchased Levi's 505 Regular jeans from them, and in less than a month the bottom of the pant leg hem is fraying. Levi's used to be a dependable brand - and still charges like it is - but quality seems to have fallen off quite a bit, and it reflects poorly on retailers who sell them. Levi's has decided not to address this issue via their product warranty. I'll avoid this brand going forward.

I purchased their puffer jacket, and it has kept me warm during this time of year in the Toronto area. I was also pleased with the quick delivery.

My first order was also unexpectedly cancelled and refunded, so I had to place the order again the next day. Apparently, this was caused by a technical error that affected many customers. The company handled it well by sending an explanation via email along with a $10 coupon for those affected by it.

Ordered new steal toe boots .. when they arrived they had no new tags on boots .scuffs on boots dirt smudges all over like greasy fingers .. think they sent me the boots that were on demo. Not impressed for the price I payed .Will be last time my family shop at marks

Usually i enjoy marks but customer service has gone down. I bought a thermal electric jacket but when i get home they dont sell the batteries anymore at my store. They do at other Marks but because im not in the same city i cant order it. Apoarently they only ship if you live in said city. St catharines has discontinued that battery i need but thunderbay has one. Guess what ? They wont ship it to me. Even tho id obviously pay the difference in shipping its not even an option. Paid 400 for a jacket with a dead battery and no replacement battery. Oh yeah i did order the battery they said to orderand guess what again? It didnt fit. Wrong battery. What a waste of time n money. Not a happy customer at all.

I will never shop online here again ,and rarely the stores have stock so after years and tonnes of purchases good bye.
That also goes for sport chek they "blank" too ,Canadian tire is barely holding on.
Marks ,no order email ,apparently no order ?
The funny thing is ,they took the money right away.
Im going to dispute it with my bank early because I can be a "blank.."

Garbage clothes. Took coat directly to Value Village. Totally false advertising. Don’t waste your money.

Placed Order on November 29th
Item still hasn't shipped just like Candace review item has sat with shipping label created and customer service no where to be found. Told multiple times a case manager would get back to me with an email, still waiting! Sent 2 complaint emails one a week ago another 2 weeks ago Surprise no response. Don't bother with this store they are going to go under like all box stores due to poor management and customer service.

It is now December 17, I have been waiting for my son's xmas present for almost 3 weeks. Online customer service will not help. Made a case over 1 week ago. Nobody called back. When I called back today they said someone will get back to you within 10 days. Never order from this company. My purchase has had a shipping label for almost 3 weeks, but has not shipped.

I bought a blazer and it arrived with a anti theft alarm gadget attached to it. Then they wanted me to give stars for the blazer; so I did, the truth, about what had happened.
This was their response: " Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!
