Customer Service is absolutely nonexistent after the sale! We placed an order for (6) Custom Port Lights 90 days ago, we have emailed (3) times in the last week and a half with absolutely no response, 1 phone call message also not responded to. Not sure how they are even in business if they cannot respond to their customers, it's almost as if they are embarrassed to be in business. In 45yrs in the marine industry this is the worst customer experience I have had with any vendor.

Ordered harder than normal to find stainless steel hinges as a retrofit for a door that was built in 2005. Quickly shipped, and packages very well. Highly recommend this fine company when you have a vessel that was built in Tiawan.

I ordered 2 x 4" diameter S.S. Cowl Vents and received them on time as promised. HOWEVER, I made an error and should have ordered the 3" size vents. The 4" vents were returned, and nearly 2 weeks later, I still have no refund.
