Booked an e-consultation and been waiting for an hour after payment to talk to the doctor. After an hour I was informed that the doctor was not available. If the doctor is not available then why was his availability being shown on the app? 2 of their representatives followed me up to make the payment but once the payment was made no one followed up to check if my check-up was done or not.

When I asked them to refund the amount in my bank, they told me that they would refund the amount in my app wallet to use that next time. Use that next time to face inconvenience again? Poor app and, a poor experience. Don’t opt for their services.
However, you tried your level best for your refund these scammers not giving your money back, By speaking out against such unethical behavior, we can collectively work towards a safer online environment and protect individuals from being exploited by fraudulent schemes."

In my opinion they not more then a fraud they showed a Doctor available for an online appointment, get your self enroll, download their app, paid the fee, and they never get back to you, you tried to contact them through their app, Facebook page, website or their helpline, nobody is there to listen to you, they are here for Fraud, I do have all the screen shots with me and will be reporting them on every plate form.

Worst experience with MARHAM as a Doctor. No portal to register a complain. I just saw a review where they are asking to message on facebook to solve a complain. Their marketing team approached me to get a marketing plan that would help me in my growth over this platform. They sold a package worth 20k, and honestly no growth was observed. They didn't have a marketing strategy, changed marketing plan again, assured me they will work properly, cherry on top, they would never contact you after taking money. You will have to ask them again and again at what step you are. Bewae of Mudassar Idrees from their Lahore team. He's city manager or on a similar post.

Marham is refusing payments to doctors.i still not got my payment after many months. I dont recommend this aap to doctors too.

To be honest this is one of the best app . The doctors are also very experienced and cooperative. I used to take appointment from my doctor by using this app and i am benefited alot.

This app is overrated. Most of the reviews for doctors are fake and bogus. One good example is dr nadeem Zia abbasi. When i was going through first review written with his profile was by his healthy daughter yumnah abbasi, who write a review as a satisfied cancer survivor. I know that girl personally so it was a great disappointment that doctors can deceive people by writing fake reviews. This is misguiding people and a shameful act. I have written a complain and i hope marham team will take action and provide genuine reviews to people.

I paid for experienced doctor but at the time of appointment doctor doesn't show up. They booked a less experienced doctor for next day. Doctor talks to me while sitting in a car in rushy manner. Doctor did not bother to read medical reports in advance which were already submitted.
This happened twice with me.
Marham is completely waste of money.
I will never recommend to any one.

I booked a doctor's appointment through Marham for a dentist. First, it was very easy to find a dentist, I could see the qualifications, fees & clinic locations, and on the basis of that I selected a doctor. The appointment was booked in just a few clicks and the experience with the doctor was amazing.

I am highly satisfied with the service and the app is really easy to use.

Yesterday, I booked an appointment with Dr....... and I received a voice massage from marham team that your session will be start at 3:15pm.. and you will get a call.. so I was waiting for the call .. and no one called me.. again I received a voice massage on WhatsApp and said you will receive a call on 5:30pm still I'm waiting for a call.. and when I asked them why this is happening to me... no one replied on my again and again asking.. so here I am..

A very useful app for consulting doctor online -- particularly for users who dont have time to manage appointments physically. We can connect with doctor online - get prescriptions online and store these in one app to avoid the hassle of keepoing the documents. Moreover - the marham website has alot of content on healthcare

It is one of the best apps to find doctors online. The website has complete information about the doctors and greatly helped me to choose a doctor that best suited my requirements. Fully recommended. 👍🏻

Its calling system does not work they will not listen after taking the payment in advance .

I have booked appointment doctor is driving car and taking phone calls again and again he took my Whatsapp for prescription and hasn't respond yet. It seems like doctor is treating free.

I had appointment at 7pm, dated 4th May. I paid the money and did all formalities. The doctor was always offline and couldn't reach her. Just wasted my time and money.

The most irresponsible team i have ever met. This was the 2md time today that the doctor changed thr time and MARHAM didnt have the audacity to inform us on time. Visiting doctor from Gulistan e jauhar ro Khayaban e sehar takes alot of time. The appointment was set to be on 6:30 pm while there was no update reagarding time and when i was leaving home at 5:15, the personal assistant at the hospital, called me to ask if i am coming at 5:15 or not. I was shocked as i got 6:30 pm time. This was the 2nd time MARHAM didnt even thought to inform. THE WORST WORST TEAM I HAVE MET

Marham is fraud please avoid using this app. They take the money and doctors dont pick up the call. On complain they dont return the money. Use oladoc instead

Very bad experience, pathetic irresponsible behaviour, I paid payment, send them proof, but I have to wait 4 hours, I called multiple times but in the end they stop responding my call.. Will not recommend to anyone.

Update: They refunded me and I have used their service three times as of now. With no issues

Absolutely worst service. I don't recommend them. Please go to the doctor instead of booking an online session with them and save your time and money.
