very very poor service.
for any change in reporting they take 4 months.

Company's represtative committed for 3000/year as AMC CHARGE
and very next year he ask now we have increase the AMC as 5300/year.

Worst service ever . I bought the service 1 year ago and till now i have not been able to generate even 1 bill. The service is useless and didn't even come for installation. All false promises and no action. The email support team is also the worst. They don't even read the complaint and keep on connecting you woth local v3ndor who is useless, rude and careless.

The software is good but seriously very poor experience of supportive team of Pune I'm tried calling him since a month but his number is ringing no answer and he never calls back my issue is still not resolved so please don't buy this software it's totally waste of money.

Seriously very very poor experiance, Technical team is not supportive we are facing issue while using your software from last one week but your technical team is totally helpless. Sorry we have to discontinue with your software ....

झूठ बोलकर बिकने वाला सॉफ्टवेयर है मार्ग सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी के सर्विस प्रोवाइडर गाली देते हैं धमकी देते हैं काम भी नहीं करते हैं और काम करने के पैसे मांगते हैं मैंने अभी कुछ दिन पहले जुलाई 2022 में मार्ग सॉफ्टवेयर लिया मेरे को सॉफ्टवेयर ₹13500 में दिया गया जिसमें मेरे को सर्विस के लिए 1 से 2 दिन मैं 3 से 4 घंटे मेरे को ट्रेनिंग दिया आगे सॉफ्टवेयर में कुछ चीजें समझने के लिए काफी बार फोन मैसेज किया कोई जवाब नहीं आया एक एक महीने बाद मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हुई। मैं सभी पब्लिक से यह कहना चाहता हूं मार्ग सॉफ्टवेयर को ना खरीदा जाए इससे बकवास सॉफ्टवेयर और कोई नहीं है इसके काम करने वाले स्टाफ के सभी लोग किसी भी तरह की सर्विस नहीं देते। सर्विस के नाम पर धमकी देते है।

For me this five star rating is not enough. If i found star in minus then i will not going to give any single star to this company and it's team. All guys are fraud and even not responsible for service and customer. I have already done all the process of cancellation of partnership with them 10 months ago. They said deposited amount of Rs.25000 is refundable, but they guys are not going to refund my amount and even not going to give any reply of my mail. Their website is shouting customer support, best service, international support, etc. All are fake promise. Not even single number on website are reachable all are unreachable, and this sounds like these guys are fraud. 0 satisfaction at all. No one should have to user their service. 0 customer support from their site.

This software technical team is very supportive and solve problem hand to hand its software work very fast and safely now my business is running smoothly and mindblowing with the software.

This software is user friendly basically anyone can use this accounting software easily.

Worst supportive team of Lucknow , they will never come in your support your business will spoil. They want to sell only after that they will forget you though they claim lot of facility but virtualy its basic POS beyound that lot of issues are there and neither their Delhi team will support and lucknow team also pathetic.

And dealer are only takings money and not giving service and they are not received our call also and they are probably don't no how to use the software and how to giving the service firstly company will be giving dealers what they did for customers!!!!!!

Marg Erp is the Best Inventory and Accounting Software for any business.

As a product it is good and quite helpful for business.I have a branch of retail at allahabad and my main office is at Noida.So to have proper control of allahabad business the marg people advised me that i should use multi user program .In the month of March i paid the multiuser program payment but till now the same has not be inslatted at Noida.
I am tried of calling the Marg business partner Mr.Sanjay no response, i might have written 10 mails and no of times called to marg people but over all the problem is not sorted out.
The money is paid in March 6 months back but the job is not done.
So friends the sale after service of Marg is pathetic, the have huge sales and are least bothered for customers before buying a Marg product think of services
