Seriously they call so many time to buy the software but once it is done no one will call, don't at all go by there words, the services are useless also they don't reply to the mail also. It is a totally time waste with this company.

"Warning: Avoid MargBooks software! Their customer service is unresponsive and unreliable. I've been facing problems for 3 months (Since the date of purchase). After 3 months of issues, they scheduled a meeting on August 22nd, promising a solution by September 4th or a refund. No follow-up mail as promised. As of September 3rd, still no mail. Terrible service! Don't waste your time and money."

Marg Books software is totally useless.
They forced me with continuous phone calls and messages every day – even on Sundays and late at night – to buy their software. But once I paid, there was no proper support at all.

They simply refuse to give any solution or refund.
⚠️ My experience: Never buy Marg Books, not even by mistake.

I strongly advise not to purchase this software. I have been facing continuous issues, EVEN TOTAL TAXEBLE VALUE IN THE INVOICE IS SHOWING WRONG. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no resolution for over two months.

I am mentally exhausted from following up. No proper support, no follow-up, no fixes. I have all the proofs of the errors and the communication trails.

I demand a refund of my money. If anyone from the team or public wishes to verify, I am ready to talk.

Most lousy service. Taken money in advance and never provided training. I am disappointed beyond words. Everytime there is a new person who assured they will help and same thing. Vyapar is better. These guys are theougly useless. Right from Anuj, prashant, manisha and God knows who all. Scam company.
