Marfini Maldives Recenzje

Absolutely Exceptional Service — Highly Recommend Marfini Maldives!

Planning a trip to the Maldives can feel overwhelming, especially with more than 200 resorts to choose from. I knew I wanted this to be a once‑in‑a‑lifetime vacation, and I’m so glad I found Marfini Maldives to help make it happen.

From our first conversation back in November until the moment I returned home a few weeks ago, the Marfini team was outstanding. Sanaan is the best! Their communication was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They handled every detail with care — booking our underwater restaurant dinner and explaining the menu options, adjusting our travel plans when flights changed due to the conflict in the Middle East, coordinating all of our seaplane flights to and from the resort, and even researching whether we could get a local tattoo. They truly went above and beyond.

What impressed me most was how proactive and supportive they were throughout the entire process, including checking in after our stay to make sure everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved the Maldives, and I will 100% use Marfini Maldives again. If you’re dreaming of the perfect Maldives getaway, look no further. You won’t go wrong with them.

Wonderful service by Salau setting up our family trip to the Maldives. So many iterations and prices were made simple to understand and the communication with the resort was seamless. Thank you and can’t wait to get back!

Rekommenderar Marfini

The Marfini team was fantastic and truly met what we were looking for. More than once, they tried to find the ideal solution for our custom request. They were tireless, fast, and the payment was secure, even though we always had that usual worry. Mujaaz was great and always available, as was the rest of the team, and the whole procedure was flawless. I really loved it, especially for someone making a booking all the way from Portugal.

Reliable agent and they will follow the Maldives itinerary based on the booking! Recommended!

Fantastic experience booking our honeymoon with Marfini. They made everything easy for us from booking the trip to meeting us at the airport.

Hussain and saurav where very helpful throughout.

We have just returned from an incredible week in the Maldives, organised and managed by Marfini, and we could not be happier with the experience.

Like many others who have left reviews before me, our first contact with Marfini was via WhatsApp after submitting an enquiry online. Being based in Australia, I will openly admit that I was initially very skeptical. In fact, I spent several weeks conducting extensive due diligence before committing to the booking. During that process, I asked countless questions and was probably not the easiest customer to deal with. However, the Marfini team remained patient, professional and responsive throughout, always taking the time to address every query and concern I had.

As part of my research, I independently verified their company registration with the relevant authorities and confirmed their travel agency licence with the Ministry of Tourism. Sending a substantial payment in USD to an overseas bank account based on information provided over WhatsApp was understandably nerve-racking, but all banking details, including the SWIFT information, checked out exactly as Marfini had advised.

For additional reassurance, I also contacted our resort directly. They confirmed they had previously worked with Marfini customers and that our reservation was already in their system exactly as Marfini had represented. I share these details not to suggest that Marfini appeared anything other than genuine, but rather to demonstrate the level of research I undertook before booking, with Marfini fully supporting and encouraging my verification process.

From the moment we arrived in Malé, everything was handled seamlessly. Marfini met us at the airport, coordinated our seaplane transfers with the resort, and ensured our journey was completely stress-free. Even after our holiday, they followed up to check that everything had gone well and that we had enjoyed our stay.

The entire team at Marfini is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and exceptionally responsive. Their communication is outstanding, and they genuinely go above and beyond to secure excellent value and ensure their clients have a flawless experience.

Based on our experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marfini to anyone considering a trip to the Maldives. If you are feeling the same initial hesitation that I did, take comfort in knowing that I thoroughly investigated every aspect of the company before booking and can confidently say that Marfini delivered exactly what they promised—and exceeded our expectations.

We would gladly use Marfini again and highly recommend them for your next Maldives holiday.

My 7 days vacation just over and waiting for my flight at the airport. Everything began with Salau, wrote me from what’s up to help organizing my trip. He is working for Marfini and at the beginning honestly little suspicious. But when i searched and verified everything that he told me, i was amazed with his talent. He helped from start to finish, very patiently, extremely kindly and helpful. He found me the best price with best features. I am very satisfied and will refer them all my friends.
Thank you Salau, you’re doing your job well and god bless you 🙏

Hassle free booking, including attentive service from start to end. The team was responsive and helpful throughout, and every detail of the trip was handled smoothly. Highly recommend for a relaxing, worry-free holiday!

Fantastic from start to finish, great communication and feedback.
Very well informed on different options/Islands and finding options who fits your needs.

I can absolotely recomend Marfini, we will use them again for our next holiday in Maldives.

This was truly the first time we have been as satisfied with a hotel as we were at Ayada Maldives.

The food, the villa, the cleanliness, the room service, and all the staff were excellent. The arrangements for the transfer and the airport pickup also worked perfectly.

The only area that could be improved is the evening entertainment—perhaps more exciting shows or activities could be planned.

We would especially like to thank Burak Bey and our butler John. Both of them responded to all of our wishes immediately and made our stay even more special and enjoyable.

Ziyazan was responsive, helpful, and courteous from the start of our booking exploration - finding us the optimal combination and trouble shooting our deposit issue with another agency.
The physical logistics was also seamless, from the resort and agency meeting us at Male upon arrival and guiding us to our connecting flight terminal and travel lounge to get to our final destination.

We were travelling from Switzerland. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly and professional staff. Everything went smoothely from arrival to departure.

Absolutely I recommend them to travel to Maldives. They known the best hotels and can recommend you the what you want .

This was the greatest and easiest service, from booking to arrival there were no issues such as seamless service. Very professional easy to contact at all times and always available during our stay if require.

Absolutely fantastic service, everything was organised perfectly from the moment we landed in Male, to our transfer arrangements and the warm greeting we received and then a seamless check in at the hotel.
Would thoroughly recommend this company
