We complained to Belro/Marenonline in early July and were promised a refund and no further charges. Nope, they continued. Norton reports both sites as possible scams and blocks them. This certainly seems to be the case.

They tell you to leave a message after waiting 15 minutes on hold and then say that their memory is full. And you cannot leave a message call back later. Do better stop this fraud.
