Horrible Experience! Don’t ever order from them. I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a tote almost a month ago. They took my money right away but no one will answer where the bag is. They keep saying it’s an “international” order so there is nothing they can do. So infuriating. They refuse to cancel the order.

I ordered a tote and wristlet, but only received the wristlet. Just got off the phone with "customer service" and she states she will open a claim. The single tracking number assumes they were sent in the same package, but the wristlet came in a black envelope/document size package, so clearly it could never have had the tote in it. I'm out $500+ dollars and still don't have a bag and have no way of cancelling the order because as far as they are concerned, the order was fulfilled. This is infuriating!

If I only read these reviews before I purchased it....regret buying anything from them. It is impossible to get warranty department, no one answered for 15 days and still waiting. Sent out 3 emails with pictures and zero reply

Customer service dreadful needed a returns label as not one included in the order would never order again

We ordered a medium toto marc Jacob's tote bag for a Christmas present and when it came we got the small tote bag instead for $199usd but again we ordered a medium sized but they charged us $293usd even though it was the incorrect and cheaper bag. Now they are not budging to refund back my card. This is the worst designer company ever, never ever shop with this company again. They are over priced plus there totes are actually ugly. I hope everyone can read this comment so you won't make the same mistake that we made. This is very unprofessional for a huge company that gets a lot of attention and it's unfortunate for the people who want to wear there products. They are a fraud and thats how they strive in their business by ripping off innocent customers who put their money towards the products they produce.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company, ordered a tote bag which arrived with a stain on it, did not include a return slip. Got in contact and took ages to reply, still not received a return slip and have not heard anything back two emails later!

Ordered a J bag on 1st Jan, paid in full. Still waiting on customer service to respond to the three emails I've sent to inform me of delivery date on 17th Jan. Beware this website would appear to be a scam!

100% happy! I ordered 2 Tote Bags on Sunday 1/8, and received them Thursday 1/12. Used regular free shipping option from the actual marcjacobs.com website. Bags arrived in perfect condition. I was so scared after reading so many bad reviews here- so not sure what happened to those people. And yes, I’m a real person, not a fake review here.

I bought a bag, on December 22 and it is the date that they don’t give me an update on the status of my shipment. I sent emails to the customer service of MJ and the Global-e company and no one gives me an answer, this situation is very frustrating!!

I ordered a strap and received the wrong one. On day three of calling customer service. First representative lied. The second one made it clear that he didn't care and I was bothering him by calling. Will keep trying until I at least get my money back.

I mean if I wanted half a bottle of fragrance I would of bought pre loved opened today as this honey fragrance was a christmas gift and wow l

We ordered a medium tote bag paid full price they shipped a small! We were told we had to return the bag to receive refund even though error was on their end! Bag was shipped…they received and told us we still have to wait 10 days for a refund. Customer service options suck! They could’ve offered for me to keep the bag and refund the difference I mean something. There’s gotta be more to appease the customer when the retailer is at fault!

I wish I didn’t have to put a star at all. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. They are scammers buyer be careful with ordering anything from this website/company it is an absolute scam and someone should really do something

Don’t buy on mark jacobs web site ! Horrible horrible they said that they ship my package and never get it customer service agents are horrible and no f experience at all ever one have a different answer to your question and can never speak to a manager don’t buy else you all will regrets it ! 10/10 recommended i came on here right after i ordered my bag and i was scared i wouldn’t get it! Order my bag on the 25th of december got delivered on the 29th of december!

I ordered 2 handbags and a wallet for a Christmas gift, I only received one handbag and the wallet (the missing item is 440 euros, which is a significant amount). I am in France, there is no way to contact the customer service except by message. I sent confirmation emails, pictures of the package and labels. It's been 10 days now, I just received an email a week ago telling me that my complaint was transferred to the competent team and I still have no answer. My order has disappeared from the marcjacobs.com website. I get the following message when I search for it "SOMETHING WENT WRONG We're just as confused as you are right now. Let's go back and act like this never happened"! I have never experienced such a problem with a merchant webwite, I will let you know if I get a refund for the missing item. For the moment my experience is that marcjacobs.com is NOT RELIABLE.

I ordered two purses at the same time and only received one. I called to find out why I only received one. I was told it happens sometimes and was assured that the second one would be delivered before Christmas. I called today because I still haven’t received a the purse nor confirmation email and was told it was cancelled. Three days before Christmas.. I didn’t receive any notification. I’m pissed tf off.. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned, I’ll never ever purchase a product from Marc Jacobs again. Now I have to find a last minute gift 😤.

Checking status of my order and just notified order was cancelled was they going to notify me If i didnt reach out just waiting on my refund If I would have looked at the reviews prior I would not even had ordered
