Excellent quality and prices

It's easy to rank a company highly when things go well. What matters is how things are handled when they don't. The product we ordered was delayed and then the the company's supplier shipped them the incorrect item. Marche communicated everything that was going on openly and even called at one point to explain what had happened. The product finally shipped and it is lovely. Well worth the wait. Excellent customer service to me is more about communication than speed!

In a search for French tablecloths, i came upon The Marché Provence website and was so happy to find beautiful French made tablecloths at excellent prices(especially with their sale) . In addition, Chuck provided answers to all my questions when I called. I just received my tablecloths and love them! Also their return policy and warranty!!!

I ordered two tablecloths, both in 100% cotton. When I received the shipment, one of them was coated. I called and spoke to your rep and he took care of me. Sent me the 100% cotton and included a prepaid envelope so that I could return the coated one. Swift service and speaking to a real person was very satisfactory.

I am delighted with the tablecloth I recently purchased. The colors and pattern are exactly as pictured and the quality is outstanding. Working with this company is a pleasure.

I am leery of ordering items online except for Amazon and chewy.com. But I have placed a number of orders with Marche Provence and the service and quality of their product is outstanding. I have never been disappointed. Just added another tablecloth to my collection, a beautiful French design. So happy with it. Highly recommend this site!

The item I ordered arrived on time! Loved that because I ordered it hoping it would arrive the day before my dinner party. The quality was as I expected. They even tossed in a free napkin.

Lovely Provençal placemats! Accommodating size for place setting. Was a fan of Pierre Deux for years where French design reigned. Now out of business, it's nice to find other purveyors of French design.
