Excellent customer service. When my delivery did not arrive on time I sent an email asking if there was a problem. I received a quick and very apologetic explanation that the shipment from France was delayed. The delivery was then expedited and a free napkin was included as a consolation. My order wasn't that big either-only one tablecloth-which I love. It looks exactly like the photograph and the quality is good.

I received two coated rectangular cloths with inserted umbrella rings. I like to mix designs on the four tables we have in the backyard. the quality is excellent but the service Marche Provence provides is beyond five stars!

The round tablecloths I received are beautiful. I ordered one which was coated and the other not coated. The coated one is still soft to the touch and feels nearly the same as the uncoated cloth. The colors are vibrant and really complement our kitchen. Great customer service and good communication when one cloth was out of stock. I will definitely purchase again from Marché Provence.

There are few companies out there willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered s tablecloth for my daughter’s bridal party wedding table. I received an email letting me know it was back ordered which would have resulted coming too late for the wedding. I received a phone call from Chuck with Marche Provence telling me that he would make sure we had the tablecloth I wanted in time for the wedding. I not only received it but he included napkins and bread box. He went over the top to ensure my daughter’s wedding was as she had envisioned. The tablecloth was a most beautiful addition. Thank you!
