I had the misfortune of dealing with this agency for 2 years, and it was, hands down, the most stressful experience of my life.

Deceptive Tactics: They put immense pressure on you to sign the Tenancy Agreement via relentless emails and calls before you’ve even set foot in the property. Once you sign, their "friendly" facade disappears instantly.

Zero Accountability: Getting basic necessities like keys, parking remotes, or permits was a constant battle. I paid for a parking space for an entire year before I was able to use it, despite dozens of emails and calls that went unanswered.

Deposit Issues: Now that I've moved out, they are refusing to return my deposit without any valid reason. They have gone completely silent—ignoring all emails and calls.

Legal Action: I have already filed a formal complaint. It’s clear they delay deposit returns to benefit from the interest, but I have documented evidence for every single one of their failings.

This isn't just a "bad agency"; they are unprofessional, predatory, and operate as a coordinated group to ignore tenant rights. Save yourself the mental health struggle and STAY AWAY.

Extremely disappointing experience with Maple Estate Agents.

This has been one of the worst services I have ever received from an estate agency. Communication has been very poor and my formal complaint regarding issues at the property has been completely ignored despite multiple emails.

I was left to deal with an unresolved electricity dispute directly with the landlord and received no support from the agency, even though the tenancy was arranged through them. Professional assistance and proper guidance were expected but unfortunately not provided.

Overall, the lack of response, accountability, and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Maple Estate Agents based on my experience.
