I am writing this urgent warning to prevent other businesses from falling victim to Guangzhou Manhzeng Biotechnology. Our experience has been nothing short of fraudulent, and after four months, we have lost our payment with nothing to show for it.
The Core Issue:
We paid in full four months ago for specialized serum samples. Despite repeated promises, the samples were never shipped. The seller became evasive, refusing to answer phone calls, Alibaba messages, or WhatsApp. When we requested a simple video call to verify their operations—even offering to provide a Chinese translator—they repeatedly hid and declined, claiming they would “withdraw from the deal” because we “didn’t trust them.” This is a deflection tactic, not a legitimate business response.
Fabricated Documents & False Claims:
When pressed for proof of product quality, the seller provided so-called “lab analysis documents” under their own company letterhead. However, our investigation revealed that Guangzhou Manhzeng Biotechnology does not own any laboratory or manufacturing facility. They are an agent, not a manufacturer, and therefore have no legal right to issue certified lab documents.
Worse, when we challenged this and demanded legitimate documentation, they attempted to deceive us again by supplying documents from another company—Guangzhou Meiya Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Our research confirms this company also lacks manufacturing capabilities and is merely another agent, with no authority to produce binding lab certificates.
The Alibaba Problem:
The seller’s Alibaba page displays what we now believe are completely fake documents. In China, such certificates can be forged for a few hundred dollars and hold no legitimate value. Despite providing Alibaba with clear evidence of fraudulent behavior—evasion, forged paperwork, false company claims—they have refused to thoroughly investigate or acknowledge the glaring red flags. Their dispute system has failed us entirely.
Critical Warning to Buyers:
Binding Nature of Lab Documents: In biotechnology and cosmetics, laboratory analysis documents constitute a binding contract between the manufacturer and buyer, guaranteeing the composition, safety, and quality of the product. Forging such documents is not just unethical—it is illegal and dangerous.
Severe Safety Risk: If you are purchasing products for human use (e.g., cosmetic serums), buying from an unverified, document-forging supplier like this could result in serious harm to end-users. If you do not want to risk destroying someone’s skin, facing lawsuits, or even criminal liability, avoid this company at all costs.
Total Lack of Corporate Integrity: The seller has no corporate email, avoids all direct communication, and uses counterfeit paperwork to simulate legitimacy. This is a pattern of intentional deception.

Do not trust Guangzhou Manhzeng Biotechnology. They have shown zero commitment to transparency, product safety, or basic business ethics. We have lost our money and months of time. Please learn from our costly mistake—conduct extreme due diligence, demand verified third-party lab reports from accredited facilities, and insist on live, verified facility tours before payment.
The seller refused to give his real name and signed the documents with his fake name. We understand this is a redflag. Ultimately he gave his real name when we decided to dispute the payment.
There are reputable suppliers out there. This is not one of them.
