One star is about a thousand too many for this bogus bunch run out of presumably Guangdong, China, and such associated outfits like Geneticap.com and danybloom.com. Any time you see them or "Shopaid," which is one of their fronts, run the other way. They do not deliver what they advertise or what the customer orders. Sadly, they have been able to fool US credit card companies into failing to protect consumers. Discover card will not charge them back, merely if they state that they delivered "something," even when "something" is not what was advertised or ordered.

Ordered 2 pair mens tactical pants. Ordered 29" inseam. When they arrived from China, label showed 28" and it actually measured 33". They offered 10% refund, then 20% or return to VIetnam for full refund. Then 40% was offered so I protested the charge with the bank. Still waiting for confirmation.

I ordered some pants from Manzaset and the commercial that they showed was not the item that they sent me. They showed some stretchy pants that I was definitely wanting. However, I received pieces of plastic that looked like black pants. They go by many different company names. However, they all show about the same commercial-like invitation. If you buy these, you will get very upset because when you get them in the mail, and you look at them, you will see that it is nothing like what they showed you on the screen, and you will be totally ripped off by scammers. I tried to contact them and you know what they said? They said, “they could give me four dollars back for my trouble and I could keep the product.” (And that was after 13 emails!) By the way, they do not have any phone number listed. Good luck getting in touch with them. I told them, “why should I keep the product? It is not even usable or wearable and I want my full refund back.” They said, “no way that they do not send full refunds out.” I was extremely upset about this whole thing because I got totally ripped off. Don’t let this happen to you. They go by many company names so if some of the websites look similar, it’s probably them.

Zero really. First, it took 29 days to receive the StretchActive pants that I ordered according to their sizing chart. Approx 8 inches off as measured with measuring tape - too small, with photos to document. They give 30 days to ask for refund and 45 days to exchange. When I contacted them, a return email said they will get to it at some point. It took 2+ weeks and several more prompts. Too late for their “easy exchange”. Options to return - pay postage to VietNam OR 30% refund. Lucky I purchased with PayPal - they did immediate refund. (I must not be the first to complain!) Then Manzaset continued to bombard me with email ads and their unsubscribe button doesn’t work. Finally, I forwarded info on the CAN-SPAM Act and the emails stopped.

How does the average of our reviews equal 2.2 when all I see are 1’s?

I would give this company a zero if that was an option. The refund/exchange process is outrageous to say the least with, seemingly, no intent from the company to refund money. I attempted to exchange two pairs of pants - new. They were too small, too long, and nowhere near as 'stretchy' as seen in the advertisements. I had to take pictures of the pants and send those to the company, as requested, for someone to 'review'. They offered me 10%, 15%, then 20% refund. I refused all of these. Also, I paid for them through PayPal and there was no option to receive refunds via PayPal, though I would not have accepted the offer either.

The other option to get a full refund was to send them back to the warehouse in Vietnam at my cost for shipping!! Obviously, I was not going to pay postage to Vietnam. I would caution you to beware of this company. Apparently, they advertise under more than one name. I still have the pants and will donate to a place where, maybe, someone someone can wear them. The whole experience was dissapointing and infuriating. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I received an order from Manzaset for a pair of pants advertised as "stretch active " pants. I received the item marked "new active" which did not fit like the stretch active pants I had previously received from their competitor Bee Swan. I wrote to their support contact address, on June 24 and have not yet received a response as to how to return the item.

I was sent three pants that were supposed to be tacticFex 35% cotton and 65% polyester 4 way stretch fabric pants with many features shown on photos and videos. What arrived was 100% polyester rip stop fabric, no stretch with no special cuffs, or proper elasticated waistband, size tabs cut off by supplier. Different design.
With much to and fro from the company instigated by paypal we are being offered a goodwill gesture of a 40% discount and we pay all postage to return back to Vietnam at huge costs. Seriously they didn’t supply the correct pants or correct size and we have to foot the bill. They send you an inferior product and pretend that customer satisfaction matters. Also their website sates a 45 day satisfaction guarantee with easy exchange, return and refund policy. Then they happily claim they sent the correct product and the product fit is a body shape issue. We sent photos clearly showing it’s not the same pants as advertised, the fabric is different and size tabs are removed , yet they persist. This company is a complete scam and terrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Minus stars if I could .

I ordered two pairs of pants that I thought would be so comfortable. Maybe they would be if I ever receive them. Stuck somewhere at the North Houston Distribution Center. They leave the center and go back to the center. At one point they said they were delivered to my front porch. They were never delivered to me. However, the next day they were received at the North Houston Distribution Center. Is there actually a North Houston Distribution Center. I don’t know since a USPS tracking number was never issued. They don’t respond to emails other than a general email saying they received my email. Don’t ever order from this company. They are definitely a scam and unfortunately I fell for it.

Ordered one pair of men's pants. Took a long time to arrive as it was tracked through China. Item did not look at all like advertised and material was very feminine. Requested a refund and received an auto email reply that they would respond within 48 hours. 72 hours later, emailed again, got same auto email. Never received a reply and no information on their site about a shipping address to return. If I could I would rate 0.

I ordered 3 pair of pants. Advertised as XL size 18-20. Took months to arrive. They areXL but plainly says underneath 14. Contacted to return for refund. Took all the pictures they wanted as per their email. Now no response. Another American Company scamming people. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 3 pairs of pants and all much smaller than traditional sizing. I cannot get a response beyond “we are backed up and will respond shortly” which was at least a week ago.
Unfortunately they took so long to arrive from my order date I expect the original 30 days to return is now expired even if they respond.

No refund is likely

Have heard back, they refuse to exchange or refund. Wouldn’t deal with them and the quality unfortunately wasn’t anything like the add. Very little stretch unlike their advertising.

Ordered 3 track pant that were too small. I emailed them and the reply was they were closed for holidays with no one in the office for 2 weeks someone would contact me on their return to operations. Nothing. I emailed again and received a similar reply. Nothing. I googled for an address that I could send the product back to them believing in good faith that with proof and tracking information supplied they would refund. Nothing. I emailed again enquiring as to the progress of my refund to be told the address was not for returns but for distributions only. All return products received there are destroyed so no refund for you. Offering a 15% payment as compensation. I rejected that offer siting my google search as where the address was found after their non responses. They now offer me 20% compensation. What thieves!!
