Purchased three pair of men’s tacticflex pants on July 4th. Notified company on July 28th cancel purchase for not receiving product. Notified both my bank and PayPal requesting money back. Received pants on August 1st wrong size. No size in or on pants. Request return instructions and exchange. Still no info but now want picture of pants size ???, picture of packaging and what was wrong with pants. Twice sent them an email requesting instructions on where to return and exchange the pants for correct US size. Complete runaround.

Shows high quality thick stretch pants. Nothing can be further from the truth. These pants are very thin and very poor quality. This company should be investigated for fraud.

This company is entirely a scam or we were sent to an alternative website when we ordered. I did receive some pants but they were VERY low quality and nothing close to what is shown in their advertisements. I am going to try to get a refund but I am not very hopeful. It sucks that it is a constant grind trying to not get taken every time you purchase something online.

Yes, I too, fell for this companies scam. I'm out around $70 dollars with apologizes for delays, promises for item to "be delivered" once delays were ironed out... It is a TOTAL scam and I found that out once I came here. Sigh. I am a widow that does not make much money and these were to be Christmas presents for my sons. Hard lesson learned. And tears to follow. Sigh. Why are their people like this?

If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolute disgrace. Customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. I bought 2 pair of pants that would be used on a long hiking vacation. When I received a notification that they were delivered, I checked the mailbox and surrounding areas and nothing was found. They offered to send a new package in which I did receive. Unfortunately they are so horribly made, too big, too long, and not what I expected, and I wanted to return them for a refund. But because this was a second shipment, even though I did not get the first one, I was unable to receive the refund. I was not made aware of this. I did not want a 50% credit. These pants are made with something close to ribbon-esque shiny material. Absolutely horrible. Won't last and won't be good for any sort of outdoor activities. This will be the only time I deal with this company. I suggest you stay far away from buying anything from them. As you can see the reviews do not lie when it comes to the cheap material they use.*DO NOT BUY*

Do NOT order from them. This company is a scam. Ordered pants as a Christmas gift at beginning of December. Received an email from them today, January 1, saying order will be “significantly” delayed with no other info. Tracking number only returns you to their site. They have my money and I have no product.

Ordered winter jacket week ago. although I got mail week ago that the package was sent I still haven’t received it and they don’t answer phone or mail. They are claiming that package is delivered within 1-3 business days which is lie. So this was first and last order as they don’t do business correctly. Don’t recommend them.

I ordered a pair of pants I saw in an ad on Facebook. When they arrived they were a different fabric and lower quality of was depicted in the add. Their refund policy works in their favor not yours as they will only refund 70% of your purchase price. However, I opted to get a 50% and keep the pants. That doesn’t change the fact that they sent me a different and inferior product to what I ordered. Its realky a rip off.

I give them a star, because I cannot give 0. The clothes are not so good quality and if you return them, they will not send you other clothes nor return your money. NEVER gonna buy from them again
