Offered 95 cent manual as bait for your credit card
A manual was offered for 95 cents. However, if you look carefully when go to pay, there is a checkbox that you must select that says you have "read and accept the terms and conditions". Inside those terms and conditions you agree to allow them to charge you for a "subscription".
You are essentially agreeing to pay a small amount of money in exchange for a future charge of whatever they feel like charging you for their subscription.

Buyer beware
I purchased and downloaded a PDF version of an owner's manual for $1.04. A week later they tried to charge my credit card ~$75 (which my bank declined) for (apparently) a membership.
If you choose to do business with them, I suggest using an infrequently used credit card, and then canceling or freezing the card.

I was recently notified by my bank of a $69 charge by you, that they blocked. I did not authorize this charge and will not pay it for a booket that I barely need. Nor was i aware that this was a club of sorts. Since then, I received your email stating that you found something. I haven't opened or downloaded it and will not.
Thieves
I ordered an email version of a rice cooker instruction manual for $ .95 and was billed $99.95. The company tested the water with my credit card co. By submitting the $ .95 charge initially and when that went thru, they billed $99.95. So if you are in the market for $100 27-page email manuals, these are your guys.
Dispute
On 1/25/2024, I ordered an email version of an instruction manual for a high-end rice cooker for the price of $ .95. Also on that date, the USAA app showed that USAA had declined the $ .95 charge, which then appeared later indicating it had been accepted. This indication has since disappeared from the app.
On 1/31/24, I noticed a $99.95 charge to my account. I emailed the company about the charge and told them that I could not disputed at present because the charge was still pending but that at my earliest opportunity I would dispute it.
On 2/1/24, the company responded telling me it was unfortunate that I was unhappy with their services, told me they would cancel my "subscription", referred me to an unidentified paragraph in their terms and conditions, but never addressed the issue directly.
On 2/21/24, I disputed the $99 charge over what I had agreed to pay.
Ifind it remarkable that this firm apparently thinks that burying $100 charge in their terms and conditions is ample notice to the customer. It strikes me as nothing less than fraud.
BUSINESS BY DECEIT
As stated within several previous customer reviews, I too have had a recent bad experience with this company. I have also been "stung" with an additional charge of £99.95 (GBP) against my credit card. The actual service I required was for a technical user instruction for a Salter Hot Air Fryer, which I had received as a Christmas present. I actually received this document with what I thought was a total purchase cost of £0.95 (GBP). Only to find one week later an additional £99.95 (GBP) had been charged against my credit card by Manualslink.com. I immediately questioned this with them and was informed this additional charge was included within their T&C's and also online website. I checked and could not find any confirmation to substantiate their statement. After several exchanges of correspondence, I have now been reimbursed with the full cost of £99.95. I will not use this company again in the future and I suggest YOU also do not!!!

I requested a repair manual and they sent me an electronic owners manual. When I reached out to them they never responded back but tried charging my credit card $99. I would not recommend doing business with them. They'll take your money and not deliver what you requested.

Your web site is deceptive. I saw a charge for $0.95 cents, which I accepted. My credit card company blocked that charge but then I accepted it. Then a charge for $99.95 showed up on that card. I would definitely not pay $100 for a manual for a 25-year-old microwave oven. So, buried in the Term of Service, I then found the text for the subscription racket. I wrote and requested a manual for a very old vacuum cleaner that I have. I was charged $0.95 for the manual and asked to fill in my email address and then I received a subscription which I did not request and nor do I need, nor do I know what it is for and I am being charged $99.95 a month for nothing! I am not receiving anything just being charged an outrageous amount of money! I am an old age pensioner and feel as though I have been scammed because I have no idea how this subscription attached to my request for a single manual. I suggest that you read very carefully before making an order for ONE simple item

I received my manual successfully! When I did my online purchase the price was $ 0.95. Unfortunately my bank is set up to deliver fraud alerts for low $ value because that could be a scammer trying to hack one's credit card. When my bank called shortly after my purchase I was able to verify that I did this purchase. It took a little more than 2 days to recieve the email with my manual attached. I was worried during that time hoping you were not scammers. I have recently had my credit card hacked because I shop on line quite a bit so I'm watchful. The email I received when I purchased said that I would receive my manual "within 24 business hours". thanks again for finding it for me.
Manual doesn't work with watch
Unfortunately, although the model on my watch and the manual is identical, clearly the instructions don't match my watch. Just trying to set the time:
"Push A, seconds will blink." No. The hours blink.
I was never even able to set the time, let alone use the watch.
Useless non-manual
Dear folks at Manuals: the 5 page instructions you sent are what I already had; these instructions are useless to describe how to record continuously, how to play back recordings, how to set up continuous loop recording, and other functions that are clearly part of this system, but not described or explained in any way on the manual which I received with the equipment, and which you sent me an identical copy.
Please refund my money, as your service has not helped me in any way.
