Setting up "My Account" was difficult and took hours. When I got that solved, I attempted to get the status of the order, but accidently ordered the same manual 3 more times. When I finally found the Status area, I learned I had ordered the same manual 4 times and that all 4 were "Processing". As your info indicated most orders were processed in 24 hours, and it was already over 48, I emailed and explained the situation , requesting a status and did not receive a response. Finally, after 72 hours I emailed again. About 6 hours later, I received the manual. My suggestions would be to make the login easier, and to respond with status promptly when queried.

I had about given up hope on obtaining a manual for my scanner. It's old but still useful if you know how to invoke all the features. Now I can look up and understand all the tricks it has up it's sleeve. Thank you very much!!!

I was looking for the installation manual not instruction manual.

This will help me a lot because this camera ia very unique among my other cameras. I was also was able to purchase an OEM manual from someone on eBay for $28.00 which is reasonable I suppose,

Ich habe tatsächlich eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit ManualsGuru gemacht und kann es noch gar nicht glauben...
Auf jeden Fall ist eine Abofalle auf der Website eingebaut, daher rate ich, genau hinzuschauen, wenn irgendein Kauf getätigt wird.
Da ich selten auf mein Konto schaue, ist mir erst nach der sechsten Abbuchung aufgefallen, dass zweimonatlich 69,95 € abgebucht werden.
Wofür ist mir bis heute unklar, auf jeden Fall handelte es sich um ein Abo.
Aufgrund meiner Mail an ManualsGuru und der Bitte um sofortige Kündigung dieses Abos wurde dem nicht nur entsprochen, sondern ich bekam tatsächlich mein Geld, welches seit August 2024 abgebucht worden war, komplett zurück.
Dafür bedanke ich mich wirklich sehr.

Das von mir angeforderte Handbuch war innerhalb von 24 Std. p. Download auf meinem PC wie zugesagt. Hervorragende Arbeit. Auch ein klärendes Tel.-Gespräch mit einer Mitarbeiterin lief hervorragend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann hier nur eine ehrlich gemeinte Empfehlung aussprechen zu "ManualsGuru" DANKE !!!!

Bin darauf hereingefallen, meine Kreditkarten-Daten vorerst für 0,95 € bekannt zu geben. Bekommen habe ich dafür nichts. Aufkündigen war nicht möglich, da man mir mitteilte ich könne nicht in mein Konto um das zu tun. Jedoch bekam ich Nachricht von manuals.com auf meine E-Mail, jedoch auf Spam ! Ich sende sofort eine Aufkündigung per mail, die nicht beantwortet wurde! Danach wurde in kurzer Zeit ein Betrag von € 149,99 ohne Rechnung (!) von der Kreditkarte abgebucht ! Warum wird solchen Betrug nicht das Handwerk gelegt! 09.06. Abbuchung von 0,95 € 17.06.25 Abbuchung von € 149,99!

Esto es una estafa, primero cobran 0,95 € por un manual y envían uno que es parecido pero no se corresponde con el modelo, despues de forma recurrente y cada dos meses pasan un cargo 149,99 € por el morro , ya estan denunciados ante la guadia civil como estafa cibernética.

die Gebrauchsanleitung für das Gerät hätte ich in Deutsch angefordert. Bkommen habe ich dies in Holländisch oder?

Die Bedienungsanleitung habe ich im Internet selbst gefunden und kostenfrei heruntergeladen. Dem Verkäufer habe ich das gestern mitgeteilt und mich über
den unnötigen Hinweis auf manualsguru und die damit für mich sensible und unnötige Kreditkartenbezahlung beschwert. Die Bewertung trifft im Kern den Verkäufer und das Verfahren.

Die Betriebsanleitung kam mit einigen Tagen Wartezeit als Mail an. Sie ist vollständig und ich freue mich, jetzt mit der Maschine arbeiten zu können. Vielen Dank.

This company tried to charge $169.40 to my credit card for "subscription" fee after I had already paid $1.08 for the manual (that they said they couldn't find the first time). There was no mention of a subscription fee on their site. Thank goodness my credit card company rejected the charge based on their suspicion that I did not approve it. Then I got an email from Manualguru.com saying, "We're sorry you cancelled your subscription to Manualguru." What a crock! I sent a "shame on you" message to the company and the same day they miraculously "found" the correct manual for my product, although it was too late for me to use. I do not trust this company!

It started with a negatively answer for my requested manual. But now, a couple weeks later, I got the requested manual. I am so happy.
