El manual solicitado aparece en infinidad de idiomas incluyendo el español que yo quería, pocas paginas solamente 6 pero por lo menos puedo iniciar los primeros pasos con el portátil.

This is not the Manual that I asked for. I asked for The Ultimate Ruger 10/22 Manual and User's Guide Ruger 10/22. Not the service manual.

angefragte Bedienungsanleitung ist angeblich nicht Verfügbar, dafür wird eine vollkommen unbrauchbare Anleitung zugesand. Auf Rückfrage beim Hersteller wurde, wenn auch nach längerer Recherche mitgeteilt, das es eine entsprechende Anleitung - gekennzeichnet mit Version02 gibt.
Es fehlt zudem ein deutlicher Hinweis das es sich bei den angebotenen Leistungen um ein ABO handeln soll.
Es kommt zwar eine Bestätigung per Mail das man wiedersprochen hat, aber man tut gut daran Abbuchungen bei seiner Bank zu sperren.

While I did get a download of the manual, I was also charged over a hundred dollars for it. I thought the small amount I had paid was the total cost.

When you pay you don't know whether you get something, what you will get and when you will get it.

I received a manual which is written in Dutch. I don't know Dutch. I am disappointed.

There are two others item s found listed on the website after my purchase. I dont know what they are and whe I receive them.

On 11/04/2025 I shopped online for an owners manual for a weather station I own. (Oregon Scientific Mdl BAR208SX) I found it difficult to navigate the site. After much effort, I did manage to locate a link to the desired manual. I attempted to order the manual. But I did not get a clear indication from the website that I had successfully placed the order. There was no confirmation of order (which I expect when I place an order on line). For this reason, I was afraid my order had not gone through. So I attempted to order the item again, and got the same result. I finally searched the manualsguru.com website, and I discovered I had four (4) orders for the item. I believe (but I'm not sure) that the site was giving me information that I had been charged ₤0.95 for the item. There were four transactions with four invoice numbers. There was no confirmation of the order and I had received nothing from manualsguru.com.
I checked the website for the VISA credit card I had used to complete the purchase. There was a charge of $1.10, payable to manualsguru.com. hat seemed an appropriate charge for the item I had ordered. But I still had received the item, a link to the item, or direct confirmation of my order.
I located a "contact" link at the site. I emailed that contact, detailing my actions and requesting assistance. The following day I received an email that contained a link to download the file I had requested.
I thought that would be the end of my issues with manualsguru.com, but I couldn't be more wrong.
On 11/10/2025 I received a text from my VISA credit card company, asking if I had used the card for a purchase from manualsguru.com for $173.76.
I had not.
My credit card has now been restricted and the account is closed.

Es una ESTAFA. A mí también me han intentado cobrar 14, 99 € en la tarjeta.
He ido a poner en aviso para evitar que carguen el importe pero aún no se ha cargado.
Hay que denunciar, en el caso de que se efectúe el cobro en la tarjeta, a la Guardia Cívil.
Sí que han hecho un primer cobro de 0.95 € que era lo que indicaban para hacer la descarga del manual

Si la firme pouvait rectifier la demande et me faire parvenir un manuel en Français se serait très sympa

Man bekommt genau die digitale Kopie der Bedienungsanleitung, die man in Papier beim Kauf vor 20 Jahren erhalten hat.
Es dauert aber 1 bis 2 Tage, bis man die Mail mit dem Link zum Herunterladen erhält.

First, on 10/20/25 I paid $1.11 for a manual which was not the correct manual for my rototiller. Then on 10/25/25, I was fraudulently charged $174.75 by your company when I have not made any further purchases since 10/20/25. This is unbelievably an outlandish outrage. I believe a full refund would be appropriate.
