Impressed by how quickly the information arrived.
No muss...no fuss...just great service

This was a fantastic camera, purchased several - worked well, but 3 days or so ago, all cameras lost internet connection - no reason why, as everything else on the same router is working OK, have tried everything, deleting units, re-added, switched on/off, searched the manual for more information - BUT none, what is the problem and how to solve it ?

This is just a copy of owners manual you receive with the coffee maker. IE. All small print with multiple pages crammed onto 1 hard to read page.

I was able to get a Manual that I had lost or misplaced years ago. This was truly amazing and saved me a ton of work and searching. Thank you.

VEVOR SBC220BF sandblasting cabinet manual says it is ENGLISH,,, I downloaded the file but it is FRENCH not English...

The FP10348 portable air conditioner broke within the warranty period. Costway replaced it with another unit that also broke. Now they won't replace that new item because the warranty is for the original unit, not the new one.
To me, that is lousy customer service. The new unit must also have a warranty that starts on the day it is replaced.
Buyer beware.

The USER MANUAL for the intelligent WiFi camera told me exactly what I needed to get the camera working again. It was knocked offline during the last big storm we had (in Phoenix AZ no less), along with almost all of my other cameras. The internet was down for about 45 minutes. That is probably what did in their connections. But, all are working now!

Usually has the right manual for every occasion, how ever this one would not open. Pdf file for Aeocky Rhea-001. My first stop for manuals.

My microwave manual does not address a very simple and common question. How do I change the light bulb? Worthless manual.

Who ever engineered these fans need to be FIRED! HORRIBLE design. I cant even stress enough how user friendly it is NOT. STUPIDEST engineering ive ever seen in my entire life.

If I could, I would rate it a quarter star, at best. I again attempted to go to the Samsung Corporation website, as I was instructed multiple times in past 2 weeks of attempting to get problem resolved. And sneaky DECEPTIVE "JUST ANSWER" TAKES OVER WITH SUCH EASE AND DECEPTION, I WASNT EVEN AWARE I WAS NOT TYPING MY ISSUE TO SAMSUNG PRODUCT SUPPORT. AND THEN, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER WASTING MORE PRICELESS TIME EXPLAINING IN GREAT DETAIL THE ISSUE I AM HAVING, ETC. ETC. AND I MIGHT ADD, POINTING OUT ONCE MORE I HAVE NO MONEY!!!!!!! AND JUST LIKE IT SENSED THE WORDS I JUST TYPED, UP POPS THE ENTER YOUR CC INFO THAT I DONT HAVE AND FOR $5 THIS TIME....SO ARBITRARY???!!! WHY? I WOULD MAGICALLY RECEIVE MY ANSWER. I ALREADY AM SUFFERING WITH OUT OF CONTROL HYPERTENSION ON MY 3 MEDS AND HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS.
